Minor feedback just so it's in the proper thread: please consider making arena token end of floor reward at least a little less common going forward. Not a big problem, it's just offered way too much relative to how much a t10 would ever pick it.

I don't think I agree, around 80k Arena Tokens are needed to get the POUA from the BoF Guild and it's a really high number for someone who hasn't been playing for years, this can be good for new players

You are going to get approximately 1000x as much from resetting a great market. This chest is nice for new players, but in 99% of all scenarios it is a waste of a chest slot.

Initial thoughts: Fewer floors means faster runs, but also hurts folks who don’t regularly encounter Monuments.
Issues:
Navigation - There is no rhyme or reason to the navigation. I press left while there is a mob to the left, I move up. Basically have to find the right “path” instead of being able to freely move. This serves no real purpose.
End of Floor Reward Chests - The amount of stuff you get is almost not even worth the time spent tapping the hand or continue.
Mob Density - Very hit or miss. Some runs see one or two event mobs, some runs see a floor or two full.

If you want to take shots at accessory chests with the recent changes, green and blue monuments have 1 each.

Hate that arena tokens have been added.... most players already have thousands of unused tokens, it does make sense for early tiers, but in later tiers it's a pretty useless floor reward
Which is funny, cause I don't really love that Materials are a chest option. Its parity for the Monument Floors previously (sometimes?) rewarding materials, sure, but beyond that? ehh.
The Monumental Guild already has a proof exchange for materials, so it feels redundant for it to have both.

Not sure if it's reported yet but I updated mid monument after seeing patch notes the movement things fix but not pre selecting for me
Bugs that occur when you update mid monument are negligible.
I should know, Odie already clowned on me for making that mistake.
This is different tho since I updated before fighting anything and only progressed from floor 1-2 which fixed the movement issue

If you use the interact button while moving away from a door, you are always gonna interact with the door

After doing a ton of monuments and mapping out things I can say I'm enjoying them much more than before.
The only thing I would like is an option for longer cooldown similar to a hard type mode.
Is it part of the update that event mobs always (and only) spawn in hordes with other event mobs? Or is that Thronemaker-specific?

Yeah typically it's a mix of event and non-event in packs
That's like the entire reason we have the green aura - that way you don't have to check every pack for which ones contain event monsters

Monster remain because it's the only thing that can summon boss.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but after several days, I'm happy to say I like the new monuments. They are a little short, though, and the enemies seem a bit less varied than before. But otherwise, there are some great improvements.
I think the new length is perfect for the event monuments, it feels like the right amount of filler before a raid boss.
Normal monuments could go back to a higher floor count, but that is a very minor thing that I'm not too concerned about.
I feel like it's to be same floor. I was hoping for traps that can make the monster harder to fight in events.

I see the bug report for movement was closed.....I found another instance of the movement not being consistent
Minor annoyance/complaint:
There are a couple floor layouts where moving between spaces up↕️down doesn't cause the camera to pan. If I'm running around on autopilot, my brain kinda short-circuits thinking the movement button didn't work.
Not something that has to get fixed, but would appreciate it if not too much work 😊
I hate that I instinctively know exactly which maps you are talking about. I got around it by mentally tracking my position and just assuming my movement based on immediate screen press.

These two map layouts are the best because they can be fully navigated without any backtracking and they are very smooth
If every floor was like these, Monuments would be 10x more enjoyable already
Every other layout should be reworked or removed
This layout would also be good if the chest in the middle didn't destroy it

I'd rework it further but the easy fix would be to add a door to the far right platform
This one doesn’t need backtracking. If you click the hand on the starting platform it starts the fight on the left. Then you can go right > up > left and get all fights without backtracking or wasted movement

i think a better solution to reworking all the maps, is to make interact able to fight monsters/grab chests from 1 room over...more consistently, it does it some times in some maps
id also like it if the screen was way more zoomed out so i didnt have to open my map at all but thats me
Btw when it comes to the interact button bugging, it's not just lag
Sometimes I'm interacting with the right "tile" and then after the fight ends I move and use it again and it still interacts with the door which is now even further away
i will be at the right most map, and interact will be 3 rooms left sometimes :-p

I addressed my disdain with the left handed mode bug; why carry resentment for something that simple when a word of wisdom can make Odie aware!
If i want to interact with something on my square, and the interact button targets things on another square first, that for sure can't be intended.
In towers, its convenient. Here, all you need to do is move the chest a few pixels down, and it most likely wont happen again.
Or allow the pickup of chests from one square away, like in towers.
Without moving, hand icon grabs mob to the left; if you don't need the mob to the right, the hand icon will grab the chest from the middle door.
That map is actually quite efficient.

If it feels unintuitive, try things that are unintuitive in response; I'd be sad if that map was removed because it's so quick to navigate.
It shouldn't be removed, the interaction button just needs some love

I'm talking about the fact that end of floor chests should be autoselected as of the last patch (which doesn't work) and this would actually be bad if it was fixed since doors currently randomly get interacted with from many tiles away
I 100% thought it was about the hand icon grabbing monument chets.
I've thought about the autoselect a bit, and this is the conclusion I've come to: if it only autoselects after you've picked something once and remembers that selection for that specific floor/monument type, I'd be thrilled with it. Anything else would cause me to pick orns and arena passes at a staggering rate.
like, I don't think it is even possible at this point to correct my muscle memory double tap anymore.
We would just need to manually select 3 reward types from the Monumental Guild that would get prio'd (in the order we selected them) whenever available

And regarding the autoselect as a list, 3 items maybe isn't enough. top 2 would be ornate chests/astralseeds, then I'd opt for accessories for this event... which would leave me without a prio in the vast majority of cases.

It was mostly Ithra, vulcain only 2 thor (the double amount), 1 demeter
If i remember correctly it doesn't seem to have that much of an Impact (except for faction double )

I have not seen an ornate chest last week :o
it was only there for the first few days of last week before the chests got reshuffled
So I only have 1 Monument in my VD range after reset and it's not even my faction
I've been said Monuments are GPS content but you only have one hour to clear them so what am I supposed to do, go out every 45 minutes or just spend the whole day outside?
Can we please increase the timer and have some fairness and consistency in the game by adding a faction Monument to the Monumental Guild?
It would be much better if Monuments had more floors like before once the timer is fixed so you don't have to do dozens in a day but can just collect them one or two times per day and run them whenever you want

If I only see one at 1200+ VD it means I have to like go quite out of my way to find another and it's just not realistic to spend that much time outside just to find and clear Monuments, especially when you have to do them multiple times per day in their current state to have an actual impact for a player like me
It's gonna be impossible for me to reach my objective just because I've been unlucky with Monuments spawns two weeks in a row, it's very frustrating tbh
But replacing some Bestiary and blacksmith would be an idea then and SHOP
We have one Dungeon in our Castle and one in the menu, we have a Coliseum in our Castle and we can build five (5!!) Towers but we can't have a single deterministic Monument?
It's still not gonna be nearly as good as the 10 wild Monuments some people have in their VD range but at least it's gonna give "unlucky" players something to do

if youchange to a class with vd and seekers spec you can get 1392vd and with brazer that goes to 1600 i think
maybe that little boost makes you see a little but more monuments even if it's just once a day
I'm only missing 10% from Amity and Argos but other than that I see 1 Monument only with Brazier and Farsight on
And what I see with Brazier doesn't even matter but it's indicative of the fact that I'd have to go quite far away from my OT to see anything different

I have people sending me screenshots of them seeing 7 Monuments from their OT with no Brazier or having 10 Monuments on their way to school, it's literally just about luck or living in certain areas with a lot of touristic activity
I have seen so many people complain about both this and the timer on Monuments
player activity is really important for what I've heared

Sounds like it was completely removed, looking at how monuments work
Not removed just shifted to be more rare. There where 2x in Vulcan, they patched it down to 1, then they added arena tokens which shifted everything around. It still exists but will be more rare to see
Given how many people aired their opinion on the topic, would it be possible for an ORN or Dangy to make a poll to understand whether most of the players want a guaranteed faction Monument in their Monumental Guild?
Even one as a reward for leveling up the guild would be nice because you'd still need to interact with the gameplay.

I'd much rather the solution be a way to increase cooldowns - allowing you to go out into the world and stack up monuments to run later

No, the number of floors of the content is unrelated to it's cooldown
You may want it to come with an increase in the number of floors, but giving people a way to increase the cooldown if they want wouldn't need more floors
With the current number of floors, if I were to clear a single set of Monuments over 24 hours, their impact would be too little
I think most people who've asked for higher cooldowns just want the old 6 hour timer back, not 24 hours
Well, 6 hours would realistically result into 2 or 3 sets if we want to stretch it, that wouldn't be enough anyway if we are assuming sets of 5
It wouldn't even justify using the activity slots for them unless I'm target farming something specific to Monuments and maybe not even, using them for Towers would be better in 99% of the cases
Depending on how you want to play it, you're not locked to the same 5 monuments
Ie, go north and pick up 5, play them, then go south and pick up 5
Hi Knight, i live in a remote area, i need to use my car to get monument, and lucky enough i can get 9 by doing so in 15 minutes, and in the 45 minutes i have more than enough time to do them all
the CD is just long enough to do so but just short enough to make me rush every floor
I mean I don't know what kind of lifestyle people have on average but I'd have to collect at least 6 sets of Monuments to consider it good and during the week I can't really go out looking for Monuments for half of the day as I have work to do, it's just not realistic
Also because if I don't see anything at 1300 VD it means I have to go very far away to (maybe) get 5 Monuments and it's not even guaranteed

Getting cucked by ascension, spawns, towers blocking dungeons, just the hundred dicerolls every single one of your turns is, lack of class balance, etc etc etc. This is not a fair game, its a FUN game, and an old school RPG should always value that more then fairness

The game is super unbalanced in its current state especially if you don't have 5 fully built Towers and your progression heavily depends on luck
Increasing both the timer and the number of floors can be another solution which wouldn't make it a lot more fairer but would at least give more resources and content to unlucky players

This is the most glaring issue since when I started playing, I'd find it very negative if the team kept ignoring it since it's already been 1 week since the start of the event and even more since the Monuments rework
i dont think NF ignores it, but if it only has 30% approval from the community, NF wont act on it

The argument against having 1 home monument is super weak. We can have 5 lvl 50 towers at home , which are also "gps content" . If they add a home monument just set its lockout to 6 hours so you "could" do 4 a day....and if possible don't let concord reduce the time. 4 monument a day is Way less rewarding than 5 towers

I didn't mean it in a negative way, it's just obvious for people to vote against it since you asked for three things at once
But I do think at least 2 of those points are good suggestions and would be good implementations
Frustrations are completely ok to share, and really good to understand for better game state when developing.
There is some desire from people who play, and admittedly inside the studio, to have the game be more and more GPS, like it used to.
We never say never to suggestions like that, but it'd be cool in my opinion to look for more creative ways to achieve a similar goal, rather than simply add yet another building to home!
The game is better as a "gps optional" kind of game. I know there's a vocal group on this discord that won't like that but it's true. If I wanted a pure gps game I'd play pogo
I think the biggest reasoning to keep orna gps based, is it already has a non gps counterpart

You are advocating for the GPS aspect but no one is currently actually treating them as GPS content unless you're casually clearing them on the road as a passenger since the 1-2 hours timer is too short
The only thing you are doing is making the game more and more unfair for unlucky players who don't have 10 Monuments around their home/workplace/school and for new players who don't have 5 fully built Towers yet

i can say in 1h i did 500, whitout using Thronmaker
6 hours takes away the gps aspect, a sweet spot im finding people mention is around 3-4 hours.
using Thronemaker i would have double this amount of Monumental Money
i'm coming back in one hour more or less with new data
There's no data needed, Monuments are EXTREMELY good in their current state, that's what makes the game unfair

Personally, the 2 hour cooldown has forced me to change the way i interact with what has been my favorite guild. Like mentioned by others, if i grab a queue of monuments on my way home from work i only get a tiny bit over an hour to complete them.
This on the surface was a huge gut punch, as i would normally do 14-21 monuments a day pre-rework all at my own pace. But I can directly say they are much more gps-like in terms of how they actually feel now, making me WANT to go out and grab more.
Thats not the best for everyone, but it forces you to focus on the gps content while out and about when before hand all id hear is people filling queue and spamming t1 hardmode dungeons.
An higher timer with the same floor count as now would make the situation even worse
Just give the GPS tower/dungeon/monuments that arent tied to your OT a shard/proof bonus and faster lock outs :-p
the argument for towers at home and wayvessels was covid, the argument for monuments at home seems to be "oh no gps content"

Fwiw, although Towers and other content being available at home were in fact due to mobility limitations of the time (and activity queues) - they are also much longer form content.
It's much harder to sit out and do a 50 floor tower than it is a monument.
Not all content should be the same, and I don't think we should aim to replicate other content pockets entirely here, not just limited to the way you access them, but also the length of the content.
I'm hearing what people are saying about accessibility, but I do think there are creative ways to solve that instead of just adding another building to the origin town. There are already so very many!
How exactly does post COVID vs during COVID matter
The game was intentionally made more "couchable" due to COVID
And many of the couch friendly features are products of that time
Is the team aware of how impactful 5 fully built Towers are and how many resources they generate daily?
Is the team aware of the fact that the requirements (especially the Orns one) make it very hard for new players to build them early on?

i mean towers in general have terrible hit boxes, they get in the way of everything :-p
And again give it a longer CD uneffected by concords and it's extremely balanced as people can't just run 24 of them in 24 hrs
If it had, say, a 6 hour cooldown how is that much different than leaving your house and grabbing three monuments?

Because I don't drive so if I have to walk further than it is to my work 1 direction it's probably to much time/effort on my behalf I walk 1.3 miles to work 1 way
I think the real question, is how does it hurt people like you knight, who want to keep them GPS specific, to allow people access to content, tied to events, at a reduced rate. No one is saying to make them work through a WV, or asking for 4 we can run hourly at home. Just a very reduced access for people who are unlucky and get 0 within 1200-1500 vd
Mind you my work is within vd distance of my house with brazier and farsight and torch and agos 1x fey helhest max vd adorns 1x arisen surtr sword max vd adorns 5% amity and seeker and rs. So with all that I'd be seeing from work double the distance from my house. And give or take 25% from the turns made

Lol I live in small town and most the traffic is in 1 or 2 streets I cross
But the main thing that a monument in ot does is allow players who don't like the structure of hoa to run orna it gives them 1 monument every 6 hr or once a day. Without having to drive and play or go on walks further than 2 miles to see new monuments to run. Btw a walking pace is between 2-4 mph playing on your phone closer to 2
and it's a bit dangerous
Maybe a Structural Magnet that is active only if the podometer on your phone work would be nice ?
If orna didn't have set building locations and was more like Pokemon go where they could just pop up or were placed in areas that parking is extremely easy I could see justifying no ot content
Monuments are not set building locations, and are specifically attracted to spawning on parks and points of interest
I want the game more GPS oriented, as a player that doesn't have >1000m VD. I've got 300-400m. I have less than 1/10th the Area I can view compared to you.
While I do enjoy having my Dungeon and Coliseum in my Castle at home, It would also motivate me to continue to explore if they weren't there.
Personally, and I speak for nobody but myself here:
If you have none from your couch with your massive view distance, go explore. Make the time to have fun.
Yet they can appear more for people than others which means big city players get the most out of their 30 minute walk over smaller town peeps

It might just be as simple as increasing total spawns, or could be more creative like walking causing temporary monuments to pop up etc
But GPS is likely the route here, as we gather more data on volume of folks doing the content.

Right but how long do you expect the player to play the game while gps contenting. For me its 25 mins to walk to my work which you saw above I can see from my ot that's 1.3 miles 1 direction to see 50% more than I did before and about 25% on the sides where there's typically a river stoping spawns

It would be a misrepresentation to infer that all the content is GPS exclusive, but there should be some that is more GPS heavy than other buckets

I have a nice 4 mile loop I can walk/run to turn on my dungeon WV, and I can consistently see more monuments while doing that loop, so that's how I manage it.
(Also, Dangy and the ORN already talked about this, but a way to have a longer cooldown again is very helpful in making it more friendly to GPS stuff)
Plus I already get an average of 40k steps a week haha

I stopped when I got tired. It didn't matter if I wanted more, I was done. I think whether it be RNG or you, there's a limit to what you can do, and I'm personally okay with that.

I'll say it then. I think if an accessory that increases cooldown time also increases VD more than any other accessory,
the accessory that reduces cooldown time shouldn't have the same VD increase as other accessories. Just to keep things consistent.

Monuments as-is are the only content in this game that I've enjoyed enough to grind my way onto a leaderboard. If they were changed from their current identity because some segment of the player base is complaining about the navigation, I would not be happy.

I feel like this is a big negative for sub-T10s. Monuments were a solid source of exp. Now less exp with less floors and longer cooldown makes me sad for newer players
They are way more orns than they were previously (pre-rework) though

EXP-Less can vouch that every time I brought up the cooldown issue in #orn-discussion I was suggesting things that didn't involve a default 6 hour timer 😅
Monuments were (arguably) too good for EXP rates early-game and a bit for mid-game, so shortening the floor count overall is a win. Now its less players getting carried too high, too fast.
The cooldown being 6 hours is a bummer in terms of farming, but I think it'll be okay.
I grinded a huge chunk of t9 in 6 hour monuments a long time ago, it will be fine. I'm more shocked that they were left at 2h for as long as they were, but it helped everyone with the new event so I don't see it as an issue.

The cooldown change isn't something I like, makes it so much more difficult to farm for characters/people who don't have double Concord

I work 12 hour shifts and don't have much time to play when I'm working multiple days in a row. So it's usually just what I can get on the way to work... and then play on my lunch break. 'cause I just want to sleep when I go home. But even the 6 hour cooldown ends up being too fast for me sometimes if I can't get a lunch break for 8 hours.
Also, the raid bosses at the end of the event monuments aren't counting toward the daily raid astralseed quest?

Woke up this morning to 5 at home, 9 at work. Not sure how long it took to take effect but it definitely has increased them
I only had 2 monuments of Demeter at home this week but I need max view distance to see them.
Now there's also 1 Thor monument and 2 Ithras that I can see much closer to home. The Demeters remain unchanged.

Personal Feedback, this change to Monuments is probably the best thing to happen to any guild. I'm loving it! My only complaint is the spawn rate of the Gilded Khepler and Mejded, I've boosted guild rank several times over and killed thousands of Monument mobs this go and still haven't found either of them 🤣 I do get that they are suppose to be rare, but this rarity feels a bit excessive. But, if that's the route devs want, than I understand.
Regarding the earlier discussed issue of existing monuments seeming to disappear after the increase to spawn rate: I had something that felt similar today. The pre-existing Ithra monument near my work seemed to vanish at times, I think sitting down in my work chair put me just barely out of range of it and I only noticed that now. This may have some relevance to what was discussed earlier if it was near the edge of the field of view.
Maybe the next rework after monument will be exploration dungeon to make them more interesting, by removing the Mining and putting chest for material and changing all layout

The problem with deep dungeons right now is that they're actually very rewarding to do, and exploitable through several methods

It is a bypass because it doesn't require more keys and the party host doesn't have to enter the dungeon

No the issue is directly tied to CD bypassing that makes it an exploit
I've run 2k+ deep dungeons, and I've maybe encountered that issue a small handful of times.
It needs to follow the rest of the games party setup where more keys for extra players and your host is a CD that can't be reduced below an hr
I don't agree at all that it "needs to" work the same way as other party content.
I've run half as many or less and encountered it enough to know the bug still happens and that it directly forces you to leave floor and come back. I've optimized running the in the past running 6 an hr for 4 hrs straight cuz they use to be decent orns
In terms of hosting it 100% does theres no reason you can bypass that cool down and again no reason the keys don't increase
Keys is just an extra thing that adds on to it being an exploit
Means you can run final floor with alts to get them eogs while grinding deep shards solo

so it's a feature that was detourned of it's Initial Direction
I just ran 3x , and 2/3 had the bug with portal not showing up, I had to leave and come back to make it spawn, it's not rare at all

Because they don't have separate stats with dungeons i don't know how many i did, but i did encounter a few time a portal in a different room than the one showed on the map
I think the biggest issue with an event exploration is how little you have to interact with monsters. I had to kill 3 monsters total in total in 3 dungeons

It's almost always on the dig to exit if you are holding the pick axe. The map turns orange but the portal doesn't load unless you leave and come back

Well the end was in sight since I have now finished the spelunking guild. Monuments are just super fun now so always feels good
Monuments went from bootleg tower to actual fresh, really unique content that instantly has outfunned towers for me
The only thing monuments need now is gear/specs that increase proofs. Towers scale from 20k shards when you first clear a 50 floor up to 200k+ with anguish, events, and buffs.
It would be nice if torment buffed monument proofs as well.

Yup, I was just thinking that outside 1 or 2 events a year not much changes the proofs . 1 monument buys you 1-2 dm outside of very specific and rare events.
While 1 tower gets you 4 -25+ dm depending on anguish, buffs, events, etc
I think, during the current event, faction monuments outpace towers for DMs and they're much easier, but in any other scenario tower outpaces. Towers also offer flexibility with their shards since their other exchange rates are way more favorable.
While proof of torment is nice, it would be nice to have a PoM enhancment with it, since it doesnt seem to be worth it to play high torment even at the high end.
I don't think monuments need anything to increase their proofs, the proofs you get right now are insane. Assuming we get more event monuments with this density, at least.
Regarding high anguish: monuments will be worth it as a quick proof farm when event monuments are active, and that is honestly fine given how much lower the effort is in monuments. Towers always have much more difficult packs because monuments get a lot of lower tier chaff like shades in this event.
I don't know if it will ever be optimal... But if you told me I was going to go up 4 torment levels in the first half of this event before it started, I would have laughed at you.
I think current proofs are insane, provided your in a faction monument. If not for the current event or faction monument, I'm not sure its as crazy. Not sure I would ever prioritize over towers outside of that specific arrangement.
If it had the same mod as tower shards, even at ang 40, Id be averaging like 1-2 more a pack, which is a pretty small increase for a pretty big jump in difficulty.
I ran 3 non event monument and let me say the proofs were a total waste of time.
Imo this insane type of payout really should be restricted to the monument events, it would cause expectations for a lot of other things in the game to inflate if it was like this all the time.
Agreed and pretty consistent with the dungeon events we've had. But still think monuments should have a torment mod.

I can get behind that, it doesn't even have to be a big one either. Make it tiny, people see number go up more and happyness go up.
So it would be per mob 1 + 1(if faction) + 1(x towershard torment mod)
If proof of monument had a 50% bonus you would only get 1+ proof on faction monument, you would need 100% to get to +1 proof on non faction.
My tower shard mod at anguish 40 is like 60% or something so at anguish 40 you'd get 8 instead of 6 per 3 pack, on average
I've come back for two minor suggestions, which I think could go well with towers too.
Make our Pet buddy a static icon instead of randomly placing him somewhere. The times I actually need to use it almost is faster for me to leave the monument/tower than to look for him
Please for the love of god give the option to shut off player sprites in monu/towers. I don't want to see the same person in my kingdom over 9000 times from accidently clicking on them when going through

Nah torment absolutely should buff tower shards. Its one of the more dangerous anguish types and relatively few proofs compared to the other three.

we have enough things that buff tower shards. and towers are already the single most best activity to run for specifically any other content prefix need a class tower shards need materials complete floors and use towershards to purchase specfic mats or buy dms to gain extreme mats. need a new weapon that has some unique modifiers and is customizable get a celestial weapon
towers are extremely profitable without anguish shard booster
Besides DMS agree theyre probably the most profitable 'vanilla' content, but doesnt have nearly as much access to proofs as other content types, and is the only content type where the anguish risk actually can cause you to lose rewards. If anything the tower shards are pretty modest considering the high level of tower shard buffs you cant get from other gear with much less risk by comparison

Speaking of monument chests, when and how did the end of floor orn chests get scaled up? They have been giving 200k-350k orns each for maybe half a week, which makes them actually a good choice.

The delay on the interact button really needs to be fixed if this is going to be a feature, otherwise this is way too annoying 😕
I'll record a video. Basically because the games does a little movement animation to get between areas and the interact button doesn't change positions until the animation is finished, it's possible to interact with a door after you've already left the space with the door.
If you're double tapping to start a fight, this instead causes you to move up a floor instead. It's easier to trigger on some floor layouts and some movement directions than others I think, and is also easier to trigger if you have any framerate lag
Can confirm what Knight says above. Previously if I cleared a door, moved and hit interact too quickly it would bring up the end of floor selection... But hitting interact again would bring up the encounter at your new location if you had no chest selected.

My main remaining gripes are:
- Chests being "focused" by interact button on tiles where you can't actually open the chest
- Monuments with final bosses as raids do not use your raid loadout
The raid thing is easy to get past when you use other classes to raid with. As for the chest thing it's a singular map that arguably you're closer to the chest when at the top and on the tile the chest is on. And there's a few chests you can pick up that visually are further
Strongly agree raids should use a raid loadout. I also don't like a raid using torment since I have a lot of fade chance. I skip titans now and I would never pick fade chance for raid style content normally
Also, the biggest issue with monuments is still the same one they've always had: If there isn't a lot of event mobs they feel boring, empty, and unrewarding
I am not sure if this has already been discussed, but I would think a way to avoid going to the next floor without confirmation if the floor is not complete.
It has fulfilled the odd craving for mid-tower raids that I had a little while back haha
Just moved them into the "mini towers" instead, which is perfectly fine given their length now

Torment raids annoy the crap out of me for the exact same reason as gaheite. With 2% perma buff fade, I usually have 1-2 of my useful buffs fade and need to be recast per encounter... which seems way, way too often for a 2% chance.
It legitimately feels like a 20% chance at times.

I love monuments rework. Because I asked for something very similar to the rework. So it becoming essentially exactly what I asked for is a massive W
The rework feels really successful even with Thronemakers over, and things seem to be working perfectly.
On the Thief path I'm seeing a lot of Medusa just as I'd hope
I've been enjoying the heck out of seeing what kind of patterns appear from documenting (almost) every monument I've done since the rework.
At least, the Sets/Packs/Groups of monsters. Don't really care all that much about analyzing the floor rewards from week to week.
As a small teaser for what I can/will be sharing once I get enough data,
Of the 120 Lizarr Warrior (T3, Monster) I have encountered in Monuments, none have appeared while doing Path of the Mage, which makes sense given that its two equipment drops are a Warrior and a Thief equip.
This is only one example monster, and the best of them so far, for what people are experiencing while doing Monuments.
An 11/10 rework to Monuments, can't wait to share with the class some real data on them.

Excellent Rework. The nice adornments helped keep me interested, but that's the most monuments I've ever done, period.
