**Title: **Anguished gear adorn stats bug
**Description: **Been chatting with a friend he was playing around with adorns on his anguish 40gear he tried using immortal gems on a gear piece to find out after a few tests that the adorn stats show on the gear display for anguish stats but they dont actually scale or work

As you can see even when he lowered the anguish level which lowered his other stats his hp stayed exactly the same which imply the adorns didnt scale at all and the anguished stats display is fake
