Suggestion Title: Samurai's fishing rod

Skin Type: Melee

Description: A contra or relic rarity melee katana skin which looks like a fishing rod .
This skin is made up with 3 basic components 1st is a basic fishing rod , 2nd is a blue / black katana blade and in the last is a hook on top of it . The fishing rod has a katana type of grip .

Animations : Nothing special but a glowing blue blade would look cool if possible .
