PLEASE HELP !! KR disappeared and I can't connect to my account

Hello, I'm going to post a message here hoping to get a reply from the staff who don't seem to reply to any messages here...
First of all, I've been playing krunker for several years now and I've had a lot of fun playing it and a lot of good memories. Unfortunately, time has gone by and I've had less and less time to play because of my studies, which has forced me to put the game aside for a while.

My main account in the game is TRIPLE-X, I managed to get this account up to level 90 and saved several thousand KR (I can't remember the exact number but I remember it was over 50k/60k KR), the last client I played was PC7.

A few months ago I tried to come back and have a look at the game, to see how it had evolved, I managed to reconnect to my account but I saw all my KR disappeared... So I checked my purchase history and my KR transfer history, but nothing, my KR had completely disappeared... it's pretty depressing, so I left the game aside again and went back to my studies...

Today I decided to come back to play this game that I miss so much, but when I try to connect to my account, the password is incorrect after many attempts, having an e-mail address linked to this account I try the “forgotten password” but no e-mail received either in my inbox or in my spam (the e-mail is correct, I have access to old emails from FRVR).
