As the title says, rockets do not collide with ramps at all, I had previously assumed it was a bug that only occurred on certain maps and had intended to record every instance of it I could find, but rockets do not collide with ramps, only the cubes behind them.
The video shows the most obvious example I could find, this ramp on burg visibly shows the rockets exploding far behind where the ramp ends.
Here's an example on lostworld, this is much closer to how this looks on most ramps.
Lagoon also has some large ramps that make the bug more visible
This could likely be used on maps to effectively shoot through surfaces, but I wasn't able to find a spot on any map where that was possible. This bug mostly results in ramps eating rockets when trying to impulse boost.

This issue has existed ever since ramps were added. The only collision they have are with players, but even that is janky (try walking into the empty space below one). It's easily seen w/ rockets, but happens with every projectile, including regular bullets.
