• North America servers are in Texas and California (United States)
• Asia servers are in Japan
• Europe servers are in Germany
Among Us will attempt to attach you to wherever is closest. If you cannot find a game, it may be in a different region. You cannot use game codes for a region you're not in. If you live in a country that is not near either of these (like Brazil) you may have more connection issues. Sorry for the inconvenience.
ISSUES?
• If you're having connection issues, and the cause is that you're too far away, a VPN will not fix the issue. However if your service provider is blocking Among Us, a VPN may work.
• If you're trying to play from a Network (Wifi or Data) provided by Sprint, you most likely won't be able to play at all. We dont know why but Sprint seems to block Among Us, fixes are being looked into. Using a VPN may help.
• If you see the reliable packet error mentions "Reliable Packet 1" that strongly indicates a firewall issue. It's very uncommon for the first packet to not get a response unless packets are being blocked altogether.
