Hey dude chill, take that as a training, you will eventually evolve, it isnt in one day of drawing, or one month that you'll be the very best, I've been practicing for almost 2 years and still not satisfied, give time to your time
Uuh, like, everyone gets through that, but when looking at a reference it's easier to notice your mistakes
I'd recommend for you to start with basic shapes, but if you want really to go into anime stuff you can go to youtube, I even have some videos to recommend
Obs: training basic shapes also gets your confidence up and just make the work easier
