If you want to make your Henry Stickmin Collection game fullscreen without Steam, here is the way I found two days ago:
Open a file explorer and go to %appdata% and go to com.innersloth.henry.HenryFlash, click that folder, and go to Local Store.
In Local Store, you'll find some files such as ach.sav, bios.sav, etc. But there will be a text document named settings. Click on that document and you'll will be redirected to notepad.
Inside the text document is some texts like this:
subs=english, fullscreen=0
Change the number beside the fullscreen based on your computer display resolution (I think) sincemy computer has a resolution of 1440 x 900, I'll change the number from 0 to 1.
Save the changes you made in the notepad documents, and go to the Henry Stickmin Collection game, and it should be a fullscreen game.
