Henry's canonically 28. The rest of what I say is just speculations now. Charles is 22, given how he's one of the youngest pilots. Reginald's probably in his mid 30s and I say this because it seems he's been the leader of the Toppats for a while now. I want to say Right Hand Man is older than Reginald, mainly because of his somewhat gruff and raspy voice, maybe early 40s. Dmitri's at least 70, he's been Warden for 50 years. I want to say Ellie's either a few years older or younger than Henry, or maybe even the same age. They like the same age roughly. Of course, this is all just speculation

Guys, we have another confirmed age of a character. Johnny Panzer from Stealing the Diamond is 38 years old, as seen in his "Killed in Action" profile from Infiltrating the Airship if you completed the Intruder on a Scooter route.

@deep falcon multiple plausible explanations. the one i tend to believe is that puffballs wanted to create an emotional scene at the end where henry has just enough time to reflect on what he did before he passes away, and also the airship one was just way too over-the-top.

and in the staple one, henry doesn't sacrifice himself as much as reginald pulls a "taking you with me" on him

I mean, in most endings we see, Henry works with the government, the Toppat Clan, or Ellie. In Jewel Baron, Henry works on his own to steal the Norwegian Emerald. In the end, Henry has what I'm assuming is over 300,000,000$ worth of jewels, the one who decimated the Toppat Clan, and is probably undetected by the government, given how they didn't know he used Reginald's escape pod. Overall, Jewel Baron's a really cool ending and it's one of my personal favorites. Only issue with it is that is has Ghost Inmate as a starting point and Ghost Inmate is bad.

Fleeing the Complex had Ellie, and she's my personal (tied for) favorite character. As well as it had Presumed Dead, which I loved. Genius ending idea, but overall. Infiltrating the Airship feels the most unique of the original 5 and I like it a lot more.

You're all forgetting about Middle Eye Woman, who you meet by obtaining the Biggol' Sword in Infiltrating the Airship, going into Stealing the Diamond, completing the Intruder on a Scooter route. Getting the Play of the Game in Revenged, then going getting blasted by Shoop-Da-Whoop in Sneaky Escapist in Escaping the Prison. The next time you fight the Right Hand Man in Infiltrating the Airship. Either by Dirk or Yo-Yo, you instead battle Middle Eye Woman. You have to press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A and then press the Enter key after selecting how to fight him and before the battle begins, so during the animation.
