Cleaned 'em Out starts from Henry's home. By the time Henry reaches the Dogobogo Jungle, it is sunset. It is sunset and not sunrise because once Henry is in the rocket it's night.
By this logic, we can assume that Henry intercepts the broadcast during noon, as we'd have to also allocate a window of time to him actually going to the jungle.
Using the timings given from other endings such as Revenged, Henry makes it home after riding the dinghy from the Wall fairly quickly, perhaps a few hours. These timings also tell us that Henry takes less than a day to make it to the Jungle in CeO.
Revenged also basically confirms that not a lot of time passes from FtC to pre-launch CtM paths. Roughly 10 hours. We can further confirm this because FtC takes place during the nighttime, so Henry can reach home late in the night, his ride would take no more than 10 hours, he'd get a few hours of sleep (or he pulled an all-nighter) and be awake by a minimum of 12pm.
We could also safely say that Revenged takes place along the same time of the beginning of CeO, with Henry reaching the Toppats faster in Revenged due to his cybernetics.AND WHY AM I DISCUSSING ALL OF THIS? Because this tells us that the Wall is very close to Henry's home, which most evidence points to being America. THIS TELLS US THAT THE WALL IN CANADA IS NOT A JOKE, IT IS LITERALLY FACT. THE WALL HAS TO BE NEAR HENRY'S HOME FOR CEO AND REVENGED TO TAKE PLACE.
SO YES, THE WALL IS IN CANADAnow, if you could not understand this theory/thing, i understand, i don't know if anyone will get my logic here.

Ellie's the one who has the most in common with Henry, and she's the only one who we every directly control (like Henry), specifically in the instances where you choose an item for both characters (Sniper+Taser etc.). We technically control Charles but it's always done in a way where Henry tells him to do something and he does it, where with Ellie we are "pulling items from thin air," just like with Henry
