I think it took about 10 attempts total of P5 after a lot of practice with the boss before I actually got it
If took about a weeks worth of attempts where I did 1-2 (maybe 3 if I had a very bad run on one of the others) attempts a day, so maybe closer to 20 before I actually beat it

Undertale is genuinely the most beautifully written game in every route, mostly Pacifist but that's cause I've played that route 4 times.
