#Freeze effect rework

ATM freeze feels kinda underwhelming. While being blue is cool, I think slowdown isn't enough payoff for choosing freezing effects over damage. So I suggest buffing or reworking this debuff. My idea is for frozen enemies to stay still in place and suffer additonal damage from other sources. Units killed in this manner coould explode into a lot of iceshards.

I agree, I took freeze the other day and legitimently thought I had thrown the run for a while.

Damage from huntress dropped to almost nothing and my other guys were killing trash mobs fast enough that the crowd control wasn’t useful.

I also wonder if fiddling with the targeting rules would help. If freeze arrows reliably targeted the nearest elite, was able to pass through the trash mobs or pierce them, and kept the elite slowed/frozen then maybe it would be a viable pick on runs where I feel that I need a different solution for them.
