I did the brain in the jar ending and unlocked the cosmetics, I bought them and they all work except the head of clayton. I looked in heads, headwhere and even hair. Nothing. I assumed it was my headset and restarted but still nothing. I was playing with 2 other people and they said the same thing. I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence or what.
