i got my leo like a month ago and she is eating like once a few days and she spends her whole day sleeping in the warm hide and im never seeing her in the humid or cold she is getting gray so i think that she is gonna shed but im not sure im scared that something is not okay and i know she is running around at night does this behaviour look okay to someone expierienced???? crying

Nta seems fine to me, they know how to thermoregulate themselves so she will move if she wants to or feels like she needs to switch temperatures so everything should be fine as long as the enclosure is setup properly and gradients are provided

As for eating, how old is she and is she new in your care? It is breeding season so, a decrease in appetite can be seen

she is 8 months old and i have her for about a month temp gradients are present

So she isn't a baby, honestly unless she starts dropping weight i wouldn't be too worried. Like i said breeding season can cause decreases in appetite
