#Leopard gecko substrate

you're meant to be mixing soil with a bit of sand (30% of the mix)
with proper hydration/mix, youll completely avoid the dust
the microsplinters are really only an issue for people handling reptisoil barehanded. they may get on your gecko but it wont hurt them unless its in their eyes
but again by hydrating the soil you can avoid it
Oh okay! But to make sure, all I have to do is spray the substrate with water once in a while to hydrate it, right?
typically youd dump some water in to mix, just so it holds shape. shouldnt be sopping wet
