Hello! For gutloading is the arcadie insect fuel enough? Or do I also need to give veggies? Thanks!

it would be better to switch up the veggies every so often. cucumber, carrot, zucchini, honestly whatever you have in the fridge + the insect fuel if you already have it on hand

its honestly not that necessary
