Tonight is meant to be a feeding day for Comet. However, apparently it's storming right now and the storm is very close I think. Like I saw lightning and like half a second later I heard very lound thunder

It's not uncommon for my house to get power outages. Idk why but I feel like they happen like once every 3 months, even if it's not storming or anything. My question comes from this fact.

I am worried that if I feed Comet, then the power goes out, she won't have enough heat to fully digest. Maybe I'm thinking too deep into this. What do y'all think?

I already get anxious from storms haha, having a pet that can be affected by power outages doesn't make that much better
