#Changing light schedule depending on the season?

Do you all keep the same lighting schedule all year long, or adapt with the season?
What about if you have daylight saving system in your country, do you let it change the schedule or adapt the schedule each time?

For example, I am in France so we do change hours twice a year.
In the summer I had UVB+heat go on at 9am, UVB go off at 7pm, heat go off at 8pm.
In the winter I left it untouched so the daylight saving system moved the schedule to on at 8am, off at 6pm & 7pm.
I wanted to move the schedule back to the summer one but it will happen automatically in one week anyway.
And I wonder if it would be better to let the lamps on longer in the summer to reflect the reality, like 9am to 7/8pm in the winter, but 8am to 8/9pm in the summer, or would that be too long?
Is there any data about appropriate duration of lamps being on?

some of us adapt and some of us dont! i personally do not change schedules unless its to shift to daylight savings just because it works for my work schedule.

some people provide less than 12h uvb in the winter to reflect shorter days and so on

its up to you honestly. your proposed schedule sounds good

I also don't change mine! :3

the only "change" i do is daylight savings time to keep it 7-8 for heat and 8-7 for uvb
