What is the best way to clean enclosure and leopard gecko stuff?

Nqa but i got a lot of things second hand so did a lot of scrubbing with soap and hot water, making sure to rinse the soap off well. I poured boiling hot water over many many things. DO NOT BOIL ROCKS. I poured boiling water over rocks but did not boil the rocks themselves bc they explode
