Some people here might already know the story, but basically almost exactly one year ago, Cheeto was in pretty bad shape due to unintentional neglect by me during a really bad months-long depressive episode. I was wondering if she's at a good weight right now or if she could do for a few more bugs. Apologies if this seems unnecessary to ask, she was overweight when I got her in 2017, so I'm used to seeing her a lot thicker than this.
I was also wondering if the dark bands on her back will be there for the rest of her life? They've faded a bit, but I can still see them so I'm wondering if it's a nutrition thing or if it's just a thing that sticks with them after malnutrition.

She looks healthy to me. What’s your current feeding schedule? A good reference is the fattest part of the tail should be comparable to the width of the neck.
Those dark bands will likely stay as she’s a hypo morph. Mine has the same markings.
