My money is tight and I’m not sure if I can afford a long uvb rack thing and I know bulbs aren’t the best but are there any good one I could use?

honestly i would simply recommend supplementing with d3 until you can provide the correct bulb

a halogen is just a type of basking bulb

basking bulb just refers to a heat lamp
