I left a piece of fruit in my leo's tank to try to lure out any bugs that may have escaped him. I then left to shower, come back and the fruit is gone. While it was a tiny piece, I cannot imagine any kind of insect eating all of it in one go. Did he just try to eat it thinking it was a bug? I'm very worried

bug could have dragged it away. ive seen roaches, pods, beetles all do that

i am doing this specifically to see if there are any leftover roaches, so i hope it's that

#

because i've done this before and he's never touched the fruit/veg because it's obviously not bug

#

for further context i laid out the bait just below where my leo was perched, so if a bug came and nibbled he'd grab it

#

i'm hoping?? this means he's nabbed it, but i can't tell
