Major concerns, my friends gecko is making chirping sounds. It’s been doing it during night or early morning around 8 am and I’m worried about it

It's pretty normal imo, some Leo's are just more vocal than others. If it's male they often vocalize during the breeding season.

Update: my friend told me the poor dude/girl was gagging
