Do you have a picture of her enclosure? Often times people will think albinos are blind but it’s just the lack of coverage and them having some light sensitivity :0 as for the fall. I can’t really see anything there but I would just monitor her !

NQA but honestly the dark colouration looks like her organs showing through her skin? My gecko has belly-flopped from a good height a few times throughout my 6+ years of having her and she's been fine, but it's always nice to be sure by having a check-up :)
