Can tail rot be reversed? Had an appointment today for my gecko for his large hemipenes and just noticed today that he's started decay at the tip of his tail maybe an inch long? Vets going to let me know what they'll do but I wanted ask if anyone's dealt with such a thing?

nqa if the tissue is necrotic, which is what tail rot is, theres nothing you can do to reverse it. i believe what the vet will do is force drop the segments of the tail that are dead so that necrosis doesnt spread
