is it only on the top of his head and not around the eye itself? if so you can soak some q-tips in some clean water and very gently work at it

okay in that case dont use q-tips. you should probably try a sauna instead, but if that doesnt work, i’d recommend taking him to a vet. dont try to remove the shed around his eye yourself, you could injure his eye :( #helpful-resources message
