How old is the best time to start feeding Leo’s bigger bugs? They’re heads are tiny but worms are easier to eat right? I just want to provide everything possible for my babies.

I’m pretty sure it goes by the size in between there eyes. If the worms head isn’t bigger then the space between its eyes there shouldn’t be a problem
