Mealworm Substrates

I'm planning to redo my mealworm bin soon and was wondering what the best substrate would be for breeding. I've used oats but have heard dirt recommended as well

nqa )) personally I just use quakers oats. Some people don't use substrate at all but if you're planning on breeding you should def use oats!!
