Hello so I give my leopard gecko Wayne a single superworm once a week. He hasn’t been wanting other food and now is refusing other food but when I showed him a superworm he wanted to eat. Please help what should I do?

Please tell me if once a week is too much. I figured since they aren’t as fatty as waxworms they would be ok. I’m looking for advice and not to be screamed please.

nqa i dont know how old wayne is but once a week is a little much if hes an adult since thatd be 1 out of 2 feedings. theyre still not the most nutritionally complete and so if hes refusing to eat anything else, its probably worth it to cut them out of the diet for a good while

#

dont quote me on this because im used to turtles but slider owners do this thing called a tough love diet.

offer what you want him to eat. if he doesnt take it, he doesnt get food

and this would be done with a rotation of healthier feeders like mw, crickets, locusts, roaches, etc.
