Have you tried different feeding methods and different feeders? Some leos do better with bowl than tongs, or with having the bugs dropped in front of them on the ground, etc. Or changing what time you feed him? Some geckos also do better if it's a bit darker at feeding time too

Yeah might just take some trial and error to figure out what works best for him!

Escape proof bowl might help, that way the bugs will stay in place and he can eat at his own pace
