The only thing that stands out would be a larger tank. 36”x18” (40gal breeder) will give you Leo enough space to thrive, rather than just survive.
The coverage is really nice! I can't tell because of the angle, but do you have a basking spot (with a thermostat probe on it?)
That's really the only suggestion I'd have other than having thermometers/hygrometers to visually check your temperature and humidity (there's some cheap ones on the shopping list). A nice basking spot is always beneficial too
And when you say 90-98, do you mean the air temperature?
