You ideally want a rotation of atleast 3 healthy staple feeders

You don’t wanna just feed them one thing

Staple feeders include: dubia roaches , discoid roaches , a few other roach species (there’s a list) , mealworms , crickets , black solider fly larvae (bsfl) *also called Phoeniworms , nutrigrubs calciworms , silkworms
