Sound machine?

I need one to sleep at night, and it's just one of those that run air through small holes. Does this cause sleep issues or irritate geckos?

It depends on the noise but it's probably fine. Especially since your gecko will most likely be active at night it won't be disturbing their sleep patterns, they'll usually sleep during the day when your noise machine will be off
