Infinite loading at Intro screen (PS5)

My friend has tried to launch the game and is constantly stuck at the intro screen cycling through different verification/user/connection messages and is stuck in a loop, he has tried restarting the PS5 and the game multiple times and that doesn't help.

Make sure he has a good and stable internet connection and preferably plays by cable
