Maps & Markers Soft-lock

Hello everyone. I recently played The Friendship, and ran into a bit of a soft-lock. The issue occurred on the Maps & Markers puzzle. We managed to solve the puzzle but were simply retrying it for the gold ticket.

The problem arose when mid puzzle we had some unrelated internet issues, and that forced us back to the menu. Upon loading the save, we were unable to start the puzzle or proceed to the next one. We could not attempt the Maps & Markers puzzle again, since none of the objects like the staircase or the grabbable items ever loaded in, leaving us stuck. (The attached pictures are the state we're stuck in)

We've tried reloading, closing our games, and even swapping sides but nothing seems to undo this issue.

We were both holding puzzle objects when we disconnected, so perhaps that's relevant information. Is there perhaps a way to edit our save file to fix this, or do we have to replay everything up to this point again? Thanks for the support!

Hey guys, sorry to hear that encountered this bug, that's really frustrating. As Masoud mentioned this is a known issue with the game, and our devs are trying their best to fix it. In the meantime I'm afraid a complete restart of the game is necessary, so you'll have to replay some stuff unfortunately.
