The game keeps crashing randomly since about two updates ago. Sometimes I can play for a few minutes until it crashes, sometimes it freezes after a few seconds (when I'm collecting loot for example). Зависает/вылетает игра когда пытаюсь убить боссов гильдии. В 100% случаях зависание/вылет из игры происходит, если в команде есть Грежул + Лика + Немора (все они у меня в основном составе). Чтобы хотя бы как-то закрыть боссов и получить хотя бы какие-то очки, мне приходится использовать других персонажей более низкого уровня. Видео приложено (смотреть до конца).

First I installed the app from the Play store, and the first time I opened the app it worked fine, I was able to start the tutorial, win some characters or claim coins.
After where you can change your avatar and name, I managed to change them, but in the gender option, I get an error message with a button to restart, I clicked on the button and the app restarted.
Then the app got stuck on the loading screen where it did many loads and alternated between a loading bar screen and a black screen.
I tried to restart the cell phone and uninstall and reinstall the app, but now the app doesn't open

My game crashes during fights, mostly when heroes use ultimate abilities, but also when certain heroes present. Sometimes the crashes are so bad that the game locks up within seconds each time I try to do the fight. As a result, I can no longer do Misty Valley, Wandering Balloon, King’s Tower, Twisted Realm, or even half of the events. There’s too much animation on the screen for the game to process and it locks up as a result. I think that adding an option to the settings to remove particle effects and damage/healing numbers should help.
