My first afk arena oc. Irreale- the liar. An agile mauler who lures unfortunate travelers with false hope of safety while they're lost in the desert. He'll lead them to the wilders's forest. The dangerous part, of course.

Many tremble before the wilders's first layer of defense- a fortress made of thorn vines surrounded by tree roots which grow upward as sharp as spikes to seal the fates of those who are unsuccessful at scaling the thorn walls.

Once they reach the killing ground, he'll use the overgrown spikes to pierce through their bodies before they can scream for help.

As clean and quick as the kill, he finishes his meal and swiftly returns to the desert. The wilders haven't noticed a thing.

Maybe the gold is not necessarily in the item but moreso an accessory? almost all heroes in the game contain gold accessories, with Gwyneth in particular having a golden belt.

Metals can have a slight amount of gold though. The silvers may be an alloy, to maybe dilute the gold's overall power, since Gwyneth is already so strong with just the alloy if that were the case.

Also, there is a crystal explained in the map lore of Chapter 16 - The White Woods. This particular crystal is said to be used as weapons and gear. It may have magical properties, but it's not yet confirmed. The crystals can also be found on Chapter 13 - The Old Mine and Chapter 22 - Deleriction.

Also, may I add that using gold as a primary means of currency while knowing its magical properties is completely stupid. Esperia needs to think this through.

Gold's magical properties is why it's a currency, in many cultures what was used as currency, before paper money, was valuable materials, materials that where plentiful enough to use as currency but had an value fore the culture. Gold was common in the west, but other currencies used included cattle, shells, and gems. Some of which where believed to have magical properties.

I just read Wu Kong's lore. It's a big twist from the original one, where Wu Kong in the traditional lores got hammered by the Buddha. In Esperia however, things were different.

It seems like most of his lore is a TL;DR of his irl story. The last part, however, makes me feel that he is a dimensional who were chosen by the celestial force. Because if he is not a dimensional, that means the jade dynasty coexists with Espearia.

Wasn't Wu Kong listed as dimensional in the previous data mining? I wonder why the devs changed it to celestial, it definitely happens to fit that idea

I finished my wilder boys concept! He's not really meant to be an ingame hero (since its currently oversaturated with support mages which is what he is)

But he's a young, orphaned wilder mage who was raised by a graveborn witch in relative seclusion. Due to his upbringing, he is very comfortable around the concept of graveborn compared to most others as it is very normalized to him, and understands a great deal about them. In fact his special signature ability is pacify, which is similar to Tasi's sleep, but it's especially effective against Graveborn, able to bring forth any humanity left within them.

When he was much younger he witnessed Arden help save the nearby village from a devastating fire, which really inspired him to become a great mage and to use his ability and graveborn knowledge to help others

He's recently left his home finally to try joining the heroes of esperia and help out the best he can

Some other miscellaneous information is:

• Besides his extensive experience with graveborn, his other skill is he's a great cook and alchemist, which his 'grandma' taught him
• He's very agile as you'd expect, but awful cowardly. He has a hard time working himself up for confrontion
• Speaking of which he has a huge crush on this one other squirrel chick in the village and he cant talk to her for the life of him

Anyway, back to wukong lore. There's this things about buddha trapping wukong under a moutain. It said that despite flying as far away as possible, wukong has only traveled the distant equal to the palm of buddha. So dura and annih and the jade emperor must coexist since buddha is order by the jade emperor to keep wukong in line. It would be odd if wukong escapes into another dimension

I'd guess Talene would look and obviously be like a Phoenix before she got her current form. Btw it's weird that she does Physical Damage instead of Magic Damage even though that's how it is for all characters (Agility and Strength Physical, Intelligence Magic).

Fire attacks are a popular way for magic users to do physical damage. Magic damage is traditionally when the spell stacks the target directly. Magic users can do physical damage by casting a spell on a physical object, to have it do the damage. It's why immunity to magic doesn't mean that magic users can't touch you, it just means they can't do direct spells. So fire attacks would make sense to do physical damage even if they are magically congured.
