@spice epoch Sorry I took so long to respond to you! Shimera is a great investment, early on and later in the game. Mid-way she falls off a little bit, but just by a small bit. She's still top tier. You don't really need more DPS if you have Shimera, IMO. You can sustain very easily with Shimera, Lucius and Nemora. Yes, legendary Hogan was a mistake, but ONLY if you had to give up your Elite+ Belinda for it.
