Getting a single copy of brutus is useless. He may be a beast, but he really shine at 141 and if you can't get copies of him it's pointless.

@hasty condor saveas is good for a long time, seirus is pretty good too. Arden is great all game, he's godlike in the mid game. Nemora is very useful too. Thane is decent dps but a glass cannon and skreig is average. Athalia can't be used for long because she can't be ascended. Estrilda only good in late game as a support, she isn't a very nice tank but more of a buffer

What I like to do I take a decent legendary tier hero to legend+ first. This way I can level all the way to 160, and then when my main heroes are 160, I fodder the legendary tier heroes
