The arms lack joints and bones, while yes it’s your style and I respect that if you want to get realistic think of the arm as lines.
It has joints and bones. If you work it like this it might make joints and arm bending easy

and her style is rather "chibi" with her head to body ratio, where as your drawing of Isabella was going for a realistic body ratio but the style you try to imitate don't reflect that.
