Seems like your game didn't sync properly with the server, and you might have already upped Mirael to E, but your game didn't catch up. If you think there's something wrong with your hero pool (ex. heroes missing), contact support in-game and notify them about it.

I'm not sure what could have caused the loss, but as long as you have the email copies of the receipts support should be able to help. contact them through the in game feature with the screenshot of the account, explanation of the issue, and the spending reciepts. If they can't help you then try and contact them through facebook messenger, and make sure to link it!

Twisted realms leaderboard is bugged again. It seems like there are multiple 300 thresholds. On one, people are ranked legend while they dealt less damage than a diamond player on the other ladder.
I have guildmates which are legend on ladder 300, but when I take a look at my leaderboard (also ladder 300) I can't see them
And their scores are definitly lower than legend rank on the leaderboard I see

@floral tapir it could be the community bug that give you the wrong "muted" notification when your post is too long or will sometimes show if you have low data/wifi connection.
@crimson oyster known iOS bug, Customer Service posted they are working on it and should have it fixed in the next Apple Store update.

- click enhance or strengthen

This seems like a bug at least because Nara's ultimate ability "ignores the target's defense and invincibility effects". Yes, Nara's ultimate can be "survived" by some heroes but it's inconsistent as she can kill e.g Brutus. Estrilda's damage reduction and increased defense rating however should be supposedly bypassed by Nara. On the other hand in

you mean rosaline? It's not a bug for heroes to be a higher level than their current ascension. Rosaline can reach level 225 through ascension and level up, and therefore she can reach level 225 regardless of ascension, as long as she's on the resonating crystal. Someone like arden can only ever reach lvl 160, even on the resonating crystal, because ardens highest ascension is legendary+ which only enables lvl 160

@vast spear from personal experience the missing hero animation is due to not using most recent versions of the app. If you're 2 or more updates behind "missing heros" becomes more prevalent.

There is an exploit for the new event. If you challenge Wrizz and then leave the battle (not using up a challenge chance) it still counts it towards the event. Here is proof as you can see the boss was challenged 9 times in 1 day and Soren isn't even open yet.
I haven't tested the second exploit but I know it worked for the Wu Kong event. The system doesn't work for sharing because you can click share and then just go back without actually sharing and still claim the rewards.
This also used to be and idk if it still is the case for following AFK Arena on Facebook and joining the discord. All you had to do was click the button and then go back without actually doing it and you would still recieve the reward
Hopefully these things are fixed and can be fixed without much problem, love the game very much 💙

@craggy delta sure, you can get the 9 guild hunts done in one day, other people will get that done under 7 days. It doesn't refresh daily, so restarting the battle isn't an exploit in such, just you'll get completed a bit faster. Thank you for pointing it out tho.

@tepid escarp it's a security feature due to some malware that was going around on iPhones a while back that were cloning accounts and dumping money into applications that were never downloaded to the actual device. Apple store set apps with certain certificate protocols to not be allowed purchases within a set amount of time based on how long the UDID has been recognized by the store. Sometimes apps will be punched with this certificate identifier if there are a bunch of refund requests in a short period of time. This is why some apps will allow purchases in the first 48-72 hours of a device being activated and others will not.

Since Ogi and Arden were updated in animations, they no longer have Legendary appearance. That was the same kind of bug introduced when Hogan was updated in animations and his sword was no longer appearing as Legendary until the fix.
Arden's staff no longer upgrades in appearance. Same goes with Ogi's bracers which remain the same.

Maybe I’ve missed something, but the level of my teams seems to be much lower in the current event than it is normally otherwise. I took two screenshots from the event and from regular arena:
As you can see, my highest level is 291, but in the legendary challenger tournament/event it’s 269 for some reason. I noticed it when I got beaten by a seemingly much weaker player.

I just did a 10x summon with gems and pulled 2 new heroes. I shared the first one, Khasos, on Facebook to claim battle badges in the Gladiatorial Merits event, and went to share the second new hero, Orthros, but AFK Arena froze, making Orthros impossible to share. As a result, I was unable to claim the second reward for sharing a new hero on Facebook. I am on iOS/iphone 7 plus.
First picture shows the 2 new heroes on the Elder Tree screen, and the second picture shows 1 Facebook share.
It's not the first time that AFK Arena has frozen on my device after sharing a new hero on Facebook.

Big legend championship bug. I am unable to challenge the top 2 players. I am on 10th position and I cant get the +8 challenge option. Only can challenge till +7 ( 3rd position ). So I climbed 1 position ( to 9th ) and now I only get the +6 option. The top 2 players are bugged out or the refresh is bugged. I have refreshed about 50 times and still cant get the option to challenge them.

@kind heron this sometimes happens when there is poor data connection for your device while the app is loading. If your account was linked then I suggest you go to profile, Account, Switch and it will restore your progress/servers.
@pine vault it is a known product of the level equalizing effect in TR. You need to strip Rowan's gear to have is power drop back below your carry to have Rosa follow them.

@pine vault that link is from your twins not from Rosa. This is a known equalizer effect from the TR setup and doesnt effect areas outside TR. The fix is to strip Rowan, up to you to either follow the fix or continue to argue.

This has to be a bug. Rosa follows fareal instead of athalia or even Brutus. Fareal has 1874k rating and athalia has 2066k rating. Brutus even has 1966k rating. She immediately runs to fareal though. I had this issue in TR before but this is legends championship so it shouldn’t be doing this. (This is battle replay. So the team on the right is mine)

@pine vault rowan’s base stats are better than belindas so when you scale to lv480 for twisted realm his power increases faster than hers, and then its multiplied by the % increase from the blue tree.
your rowan is +30 and competing against a +17 belinda lmao

rowan has better stat numbers, and per lv increase (going from 306 to 480) every stat point he gains ends up multiplied by the tree multiplier, thats why he scales to the point where his power will overtake in twisted realm

There was a recent patch that should fix the issue regarding Rosaline, where she'll now depend on the attack ratings displayed on the hero screen instead of Twisted Realm's scaling changes. It should be released on the global servers in the coming days. @zealous mortar

Bug: Cannon doesn't die if Dwarven Bombardier dies. Thus the cannon counts as additional enemy 'hero' you have to kill and if the cannon is the only one remaining and all your heroes are defeated, the battle ends in defeat.

I have that problem too, someone just said click the button as many times as you need to since you don’t actually have to share you just need to click the share button
As for the screen being stuck after you share the game and a new window/app pops up just quickly switch back to AFK Arena and that should resolve the issue

@light kite The greyed out heroes are the one you haven't had yet. If your Hogan and Morvus is "colored" and Angelo is dimmed/greyed out, that means you haven't had a legendary Angelo yet. (However, if Angelo is greyed out and you actually had a legendary Angelo before, that is a bug. [I don't remember if I had a leg. Angelo before or not.])

I believe this isn’t intentional, since every hero seems to get a sprite change after they reach legendary.
Edit: apparently not every hero gets a sprite change upon reaching legendary, but Tasi used to get. It’s especially weird that she doesn’t get longer hair anymore, when in her portrait she does have longer hair.

With the pull rate I could pull 10 per day and get 1 elite a week I havent gotten a purple hero in a hot minute. The only time I see the share button is pulling a new hero I dont already have which doesnt happen often because I already have a lot of the heroes.

In a 10 pull, if you get at least one Elite, owned or not, the Share button will pop up.
It won't do anything if you don't get an Elite.
Same with singular pulls.

I have also had a lot of trouble with the share button. It feels like it should be a glitch or worth fixing which is why I came in to mention it (sorry if it’s not appropriate place). If that’s truly the only way it shows up I’m not sure I’ll be able to get enough 10 pulls with an elite in them in time to share it 5 times like I need to for the tasi event. I feel like the share button has always been a bit glitchy because it rarely shows up in the library either for me.

When getting the share button ONCE in a 10x pull, you can hit it 5 times over and over and it will count for all 5.
Same for Elite single pulls.
You don't need to pull 5 Elites.

If you're doing single pulls, it has to be a new elite hero.

What you had to do is, when clicking the tile it will give an "empty" reward pop-up, you had to click in the middle of the reward pop up where the chest should be, then the UI will load the chest and succesfully give them to you

Hi, I tried to share a hero I received at the tavern on Facebook, but when I clicked the button, the screen exited back and the "share" button disappeared. I want to be able to get all 5 shares for the event and the shares are pretty rare so this was really disappointing for me. This is the second time that this has happened to me - the other time was a couple weeks ago.

The new voyage keeps freezing scrolling for me. Everything else works fine, I can touch to engage enemies, use towers, etc. but I cannot scroll the map. I have to back out and restart the voyage... the problem can re-occur immediately or let me play for a while first. I have not had this issue on previous voyages - IOS 13 / 12.9” iPad Pro.

Yesterday I pushed trough chapter 25 (from 24-60 to 26-01) under 2 hours with 1 fight lost and without checking the loot chest.
There was no AFK reward in the chest after the 2 hours, nor gold or anything, it was empty, after a full chapter done. The timer started from that moment I opened it first.

A redemption code from March 31 was accepted in-game but a code from April of 3rd [The "AFK2020" code] was expired (?) I'm not quite sure if that is a bug or not, just saying because it doesn't look logical for a code some days before the later one being still acceptable and not the one after it.

Omg i lost my internet connection and now it's giving me this profile, wtff, i tried restarting the game but it didn't work i'm honestly scared that i'll lose my progress, really weird bug too
After deleting and redownloading the game i got my account and progress back again, i'm so happy i got it back but the bug freaked me out

@neon abyss You can return mercenaries, after returning them you can request 3 new other mercenaries. However. When they're returned it will still show as "This Hero is being lent out to ...(player)" until the end of the week where you can request/new mercenaries and use them. (The weekly 'reset')

Seirus has multiple animations where his skin color on his forearm bless over his clothes and upper arm bands. Additionally, when you tap on him in the portraits area, when he performs his Deluge animation, his forearm visible becomes detached from his upper arm

@hidden storm if that happens again just go to profile, account, switch and chose which one you're linked to. That is a common bug if you have weak internet connection

Please try repairing your game.
From the main menu, go to your Profile > Settings tab > Advanced Settings > Repair Game > Confirm.
Wait for the whole process to finish, and see if the issue persists or not.

@neat hamlet if those other heros have a higher combat rating in your heros screen then yes, you will need to build your DPS to have a higher combat rating or drop the others below your DPS.

At crystal level 278 the game tells me I am not allowed to level up Merek because my crystal heroes need to be above level 60. I was allowed to level up Eletha to 100 without any issues, but now it refuses.
My best guess is that this is caused by heroes leveled independently do not recognize crystal level as crystal heroes and assumes my strongest crytsal hero is level 1 - that said if that is the case why did it allow me to level up 1 hero to level 100 but not two heroes?

@lofty yew sometimes sprites and animations disappear when using older versions. Please check that you have the latest version of the app from the app store.
@spice sigil it must be a new hero in single summoning or an E hero in x10 summoning.
