Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is the right channel for this kind of problem. I've upgraded my hero from E to L and then to L+, I did this with Angelo + Mortus + Thane and after that I used another Angelo E+. In this process first the Angelo E+ disappeared but the L stayed normal. After then switching to this discord via phone the Angelo L also disappeared. And I'm not kidding or trying to get something I've not earned. I've waited for like 2 weeks to create another L+ to upgrade my Lucius twice in a row... :/

it might be worth noting that just before this happened i was gonna ascend seirus then it said connection lost and i clicked retry, and it continued to ascend my seirus to e+. so after that i fed him the ogi’s and they’re gone

EDIT: nvm i minimised the game as i was writing this and when i returned he’s legendary now so it must have been a connection issue

My game crashed in the middle of a 10x faction scroll pull. It’s been crashing a lot for me recently but I’ve just been dealing with it and moving on. This crash though ate all 10 of my scrolls and when I reopened the game I didn’t get a single hero from any of it.

Idk if there’s any way to get those 10 scrolls refunded or not but if so that would be great considering they aren’t the easiest to get.

I've checked on several, this is server-related, guys. Some packages must not be sent correctly.

There is no update available for the application, so that is not a helpful suggestion.

Others had problems at iPhone 6 too, they contacted support regarding it. So lilith is aware of the issue, hopefully for you, theyll fix it soon.

After an issue with linking my game account, I contacted support via on the android app. The rep suggested I send a screenshot of the receipt to figure out the account ID, but the chat won't let me reply and tell me to check my connection instead. I was fighting with Ice Shemira as i was in the battle the timer for it ran out, which was my mistake for getting there so late, i though i had already fought her for the day when i went to check the event time, and when i realized i had an attempt left but not a lot of time...but the time ran out mid-battle and it let me finish the fight and said i had earned my 2 keys. But when i checked at the the Mid-Winter surprises event it showed I had 0 keys. I was just wondering if that is something that can be fixed at all or is that just my loss?

And like i said it was completely my fault for not getting there sooner as i had though i had already fought her, and didnt think to double check.

If it is fixable thats great! If not its no big deal.

@tepid blade If you finished battling her after the event is over (so even 30 seconds after) then I don't think you'd get any keys. It might display that you finished the combat and got 2 keys but I think that's part of the end of battle screen. Honestly I don't think it's a bug and I doubt that you will get those 2 keys... You can try contacting support if you wish however I feel there's little hope.

Hi, I’m playing on an old iPad mini. Most times I try to enter the game, it freezes on the “lillith” white screen then crashes out, instead of proceeding to the loading screen with Dura and Death. It’s a testament to the quality of the game that I try over and over to enter the game, usually winding up reading a book in one hand and trying to enter the game with my other hand. My two longest records for that have been 1.5 hours one time, and 12 hours on a weekend. Occasionally the game crashes too, then I’m locked out from there. Please enable an option to automatically send you crash reports when this happens.

By that I mean, my shemira has 30k+ attack rating and a global rating of 247k but my Lucius is rated 250k and only has 26k attack, Rosaline follows Lucius and not shemira, according to the description in French, that's not supposed to be the case....

Is it known that the first message in a new private conversation never appears in the conversation widow?
I have several times gotten a notice on my phone with a private message from someone in afk arena. I logg in and there is nothing there. I tried it out myself, sent messages to friends, they also couldn't see specifically the first message. It HAS to be the conversation starting message. Really weird when I can read the first half of the message in notice form, but when you go to read the rest ot doesn't exist.

I found this new bug in challenger tournament: let’s say you fight a person with a certain formation. Then you set up your formations to fight the formation like usual. But if he changes his formations while you’re setting up, you end up fighting the changed formation rather than the one you started with. They really need to change it such that you either fight the formation you start with or they notify you the formation has changed before clicking the fight button

Hi! I experienced a strange bug. It is pretty annoying. Where can I report it?
I ascended fodders, namely many Silvinas from Elite+, but from 3 elite+ Silvinas I got back... 1 elite+ Silvina. Not legendary. It remained in the ascension line above the collection of heroes, highlighted for further ascension, and I think there was only one spot next to it, so the game thought it is legendary. But it was definitely purple. Then I made a dumb mistake, and took her out of the ascension place, and when I put her back, she was registered only as elite+, and there were two slots next to her, as it should be with elite+. Is it a known bug, or is it a first time? 🙂 It is not a huge issue, but for a FTP as I, it slows down the progression a bit.

Hi, I don't know if somebody experienced this, but I notice a bug regarding the animation of daily rewards: when I'm off for like 30 minutes/1 hour i always see an amount of rewards like if I was off for 12 hours, while when I'm off for 12 hours I often find an almost empty chest (this is only for the animations, when I collect the rewards I find the right amount). I have seen the Shemira soul siphon bug happen only once. If she she is casting her soul siphon and she gets banished by Tasi, the beam persists and still does damage.

Stage 23-34, enemy shemira using soul siphon while banished

Tasi, Fawkes, Fer and many other heroes are unable to cancel or disrupt enemies' ultimate during cast-off, which they could before the latest patch. I have found that this is a very serious issue, affecting the whole game.
Most ultimates now cannot be cancelled by other cc skills. For example, in the link below, videos show that Safiya only paused for a while before keep channeling her energy ball, Vurk stops and still shooting during ultimate, Shemira was still able to cast her ultimate successfully even while being interupted by Tasi's ultimate, Ferael's terrorize, Fawkes confine.
The only skills that can cancel skills now are Nemora's charm, Ezzizh and some few other heroes

Skills that target the strongest ally are currently broken in Twisted Realm.
I've had Maid follow not Belinda and Raine buff not Belinda which honestly broke my team strategy.
They still work in other game modes as I tested in Guild Hunt, Adventure and PvP. It is only broken in Twisted Realm.

@crude oak it tells you why, you'll need to go to your hero's page in the hero tab and manually unlock him in the top right corner. I'd recommend you not sacrifice a Fawkes to ascend Lucius though since Fawkes can be useful in PVP later

In King’s Tower Lvl. 265: The enemy Warek flipped my Shemira and threw her character model up and off of the screen. He was then just fighting emptiness to do damage to her, but she didn’t come back down on to the screen until after they were all defeated.

There's an issue with the elder tree stat increases apparently. As you see the rating for 0 ranger and 25 ranger is the same (2 ranger heroes in the lineup). I had to unequip the Dura relics from Ferael and Athalia and reequip them, for the stat increases to work.

(edit) it worked upgrading the first time, but resetting the tree made this issue appear, by the look of it.

This morning the app worked fine after the new update for about 10 mins then it crashed and the screen went black. Now when I restart the app the Lilith screen comes on followed by the usual loading screen but then the screen just goes black. @neat hamlet If I recall correctly, you need to go left to the camp and fight Ezizh. If you go to the top camp first, you won't be able to progress past the Ezizh. Either way you need to do this PoT 2 times to complete it - check guide

As soon as my Rowan went to 5 stars, and with 0 gear, Rosaline is now following him over Belinda with 2 stars and full gear, she has a much higher combat rating, this is a known bug with ascended hero's. Please fix this, thank you!

In arcane labyrinth, Dura's tears wouldn't revive Rowan. Used tears 3 times and it never revived him. Other heroes it would revive no problem.

Couldn't use Rowan for Ice shemira fight as well. Probably other heroes too but don't remember offhand who they were.

Conclusion: Overall, your Rowan has more points than Belinda and Rosa should always follow him

In my opinion, it's not a bad thing to have Rosa following Rowan, but if you want her to follow Belinda so badly, try removing some itens from him. Sometimes you can adjust this by trading Dura's acessories

Since HP is the highest value always, give Belinda some acessory that boosts her life points

Maybe fix this so it Doesn’t happen I’ve used 3 duras tears she’s killed over 100 hero’s and I’ve tried all formations and tactics

This isn’t even hard mode the fact that you have her running around and even with 5 dps hero’s with al gold gear get her to an inch of her life she heals all the way then kills all of them that’s insane considering I know for a fact if the sides were switched that would never happen she would die

Issue: I finally get to combine my hardworked 360 elite soulstones today, of course I screenshotted it to comemorate ahahahaha. But then, when I clicked the combine button, the game became laggy and said there's no internet connection even though I have a strong signal. Obviously I tried tapping the restart button, but it went on and on. So I have no choice but to quit the game and launch it again. When I opened the game, my elite soulstones are now gone!!! Made me really disappointed, I wanted to scream and such. I went to report this problem to the game support immediately, but it always says, "failed to send, try again later" or something similar to that. So I went ot discord to repor this problem. Please help me.

@fierce jewel The stones were probably opened, but you didn't get to see who you opened. Have you had a look at your heroes in the temple of ascension ? Do you have maybe 100 diamond to pick up (when you get a hero for the 1st time)

The burning brute event: why does my lvl 66 char get more bells then my lvl 140? Lvl 66 get 83 bells per fight, but my lvl 140 get 23 bells per fight.

It's all about the overall damage your characters dealt throughout the fight.

You may have noticed it already, but the brute has a skill that greatly reduces incoming damage outside of his shield. A high-leveled hero like yours won't be very useful if they're dealing damage outside the shield @signal depot

The one behind stays still. The one you "get" moves and that's why it looks strange

Keep in mind that the revertion costs 500 gems if I'm not wrong

And be careful when ascending. After you reach L tier, you must keep all the copies of that same hero in the E+ only
