Recently I noticed I was missing a large quantity of "Small Bag of Gold" (coin) items. This is a lesser issue; coins aren't in short supply for me anymore. (I have nearly 50x as much as I can spend on any one thing.) But still not right. I can go into detail about why I think the coin items are missing but... as I say, lesser issue.
The bigger issue is ingame support chat. Since I'm a fussy detail person, I wanted to get to the bottom of the lesser issue and clicked through to chat. I had little trouble describing the lesser issue and received the usual first-line reply (loosely summarized as "you're wrong, luser", which is only to be expected). So, as usual, I got ready to explain the lesser issue in exhaustive, nitpicking detail, chewing my way up the support ladder to someone able to entertain the possibility that there might really be something unexpectedly wrong.

But my every effort to continue to work with ingame support chat... that accessed through a tap on my topleft profile pic... failed completely. I had issues getting a text entry field, getting my soft keyboard up... and before this, the game app just froze up in chat. When I did manage to work around the blockers and compose a line of reply, I couldn't send it!
I guess I should, just for reference, say I'm an experienced guy; this isn't a case of a kid who can't find the little paper airplane button. I'm a computer professional who has built much stuff... and seen it fail in strange and wondrous ways... and worked around peculiar and perverted interface choices, nasty unexpected interactions, and surfed past smoking black vortices of overstressed tech. Not to brag... just to say, if I can't make it work, it's likely not what was intended.

I chose autoselect to upgrade my gear. I had 10k+ rare tokens and they all just disappeared. There were only 55 rare and 53 elite tokens left and my gear didn't change from the 4th lvl.

@trim orbit You can only revert if you accidentally made 2 higher ascensions of the same hero.
Unless you have another higher ascension Eironn, you won't be able to revert this one.

Sorry if this isn't the best picture, I tried several times to get a good one, but Gorvo used to combo really well with Eironn when he would slam into the enemies that Eironn sucked in at the beginning of the battle, now he always slams into the backline where the enemies were at the start but there are no longer any enemies there, so it effectively does nothing. Not sure if this is a bug, but it has ruined one of my favorite combos in the game :(

Two issues:
1st issue: My heroes randomly disappeared from the tower but I could still hear fighting and such.

My Belinda's combat power has suddenly dropped to 3rd when she have always been 1st. This is a huge problem for me as it prevents Raine from buffing Belinda and all sorts of things that revolve around Highest Combat Power like Tasi's banish, Maid ult, etc.
Please fix, I've set up my team with Belinda as highest power in mind now and she suddenly dropped around 30k in power, causing my full faction gear Belinda to be lower than Raine... My PvP and PvE strategies are broken because of this interaction and I cant quickly fix it by just upgrading s she is almost 30k power behind thane now...
This is a really weird bug... please help.. 😭
I'm pretty sure Belinda's combat power herself has dropped since I tried unequipping and equipping back my gear and her stats is still low.
Then I checked the portraits page and her combat power is suddenly on the same level as Raine when she always had base power greater than Thane. I think that's where the issue is. I hope this helps.

@rustic canyon Your thane's signature item is a higher level than belindas, so he will get a bigger power boost each level compared to belinda which is why he has overtaken her.

@ancient fern Problem is, my Thane and Belinda's equipment set up has not changed from today. Thane was always at 23 and Bel at 20 yet bel was at higher power than Thane.

not sure if this is a bug, but I've honest to god never seen Rosaline do so much damage. Hard Lab Wrizz evaporated in like 15 seconds. mostly defensive relics with the exception of crit + icebringer + 24% atk

Rosaline does %hp damage and has the faction advantage against Wrizz. Not taking any damage might be a matter of luck, as I believe she has a skill that makes her untargetable and she might have used it at the right time to avoid bombs

Skreg bumped out 3 of my heroes out of the map, and did not return, seems like Fawkes is still attacking but does no damage cuz I nearly lost to time and the next attempt I tried, I killed it in no time.. thought I’d let you guys know about this bug

Bug 1: everytime after we fight once in Legens' Challenger Tournament(second one), when we go back to the challenge screen every other people's pfp go missing, 100%. this bug has been happening since 1.27
Bug 2: kept getting ? ? ? ? ? ? ? animation in the main page where the hero auto attack creeps to get afk reward instead of gold/dust/exp animation. this animation also happens in some other page but i forgot but the main page one happens more often than not. this ? ? ? ? bug also happens in one of the guild page but i forgot which one, will edit once i remember.
Bug 3: chat keeps bugging to a point i cant see who i pmed before. chat also bugged where the message i sent keeps getting stuck at "loading animation"(the small wheel animation) to a point where i have to keep change chat channel or force close the app

If you swap a hero in and out, or use the formations feature, heroes change their power value from when you first load the battle.
First screenshot is entering the battle. Second screenshot is swapping that formation out and in again. Exact same heroes, exact same gear, exact same total power, but everyone's individual power value is different.

"The Silent Promise" relic isn't active while there IS a Wilder on THE BATTLEFIELD, like specified in relic's description. Which means It's wrong and we were fooled this whole time. This need fixing ASAP!

Issue Report:
If you have better gear in your bag that could be equipped onto a character, the UI flags that character with an "!".
Previously, if you equipped that gear and went back to the hero page the UI would update and the "!" would go away.
Now you have to close the hero screen and re-open it for the flag to go away.

Noticed a bug that my faction scroll summons were not counting progress toward the Noble Tavern rewards bar. I was showing 13/20 toward the epic hero card, did a 10 pull with faction scrolls and still was at 13/20.

I have an iphone 5 or 6. Bug Report Here! When anyone has a persistent ult up (Shemira, Seirus) and they get charmed, either by Nemora or Soren, that ult immediately starts damaging their own team. This is not intended behavior, because Nemora's charm is only supposed to cause non-ultimate abilities to damage their own team. This happens even if Shemira's ult has been out for some time, not just when she gets charmed as she ults.

- In some pvp game modes if a hero on your team and a hero on enemy team uses special (ultimate) ability at the same time, the screen stays darker even after the animation for the ability is over, if they use the ability at the same time again in the same battle the screen gets even darker.
- In Heroes tab a red '!' is displayed when a hero can equip new gear (next to the small picture of a hero, not when clicking on it), but that red '!' stays even when the hero equips best gear. It goes away when you swich to other tab and come back.

you can try clearing your memory to see if it'll run, but i think there isn't much you can do unfortunately
reinstalling might help if it's a recent problem, but if you just installed and it's crashing then it won't really help

Hello, I believe there is a bug in the patch notes saying that Vurk's Piercing bolt is buffed to 140%/150%/170%170% which I believe is wrong, the stage 3 should be (according to the previous values) 160% and not 170%. I think either the description for the relics that give team wide buffs based upon total number of heroes of that faction is incorrect or the calculation advantage for those relics are bugged. It should either be changed from saying "that is on the battlefield" to "that is on your side of the battlefield," because the buff doesn't apply if it's on the opponents side, even if they have the correct faction on the battlefield; or the calculation for those relics need to be fixed.

Hello, I think Thane ultimate might be bugged. If you look at him on bottom right, he goes into ultimate and then the enemy Estrilda uses her ult to target him. Due to that he even sometimes dies while using his ultimate

Guys I think our little dude Skreg is bugged for a while now. Or is this strange behavior related to enemy skills that drain energy? Not that I'm aware this boss has such an effect
Basically, Skreg's ultimate is what drains energy. But sometimes on the first "tick" of the ultimate, right when he plays the animation of mounting on his ironjaw
the ultimate is simply canceled
I think the game interprets it as "you don't have enough energy for this" as he's trying to ult but his energy is not full anymore, then I have to wait for the energy depleted by that first tick to be replenished
I have lost a lot of close matches because of this one...

In addition to those bugs, which were mentioned previously, the game refuses to start if you delete and download the game from the appstore and let it download all the resources. Sadly, since one of the recent patches, the game does not produce crash logs. Can it be turned on again? iOS 12.4.3, iPhone 5s

anyone else's sound bugged after the patch? Only certain sound effects are working for me atm, even after multiple relaunches. Menu sounds are not working at all, like the button press sound effects, stuff like that, but I hear ambient sound like the woodpecker in the background. Also certain heroes will give their normal death sound effect, while others will not.

Yes, according to the support, the game is not optimized for 5s (my case), but basically anything with less than 2 GB RAM is going to crash, because the game is so hungry
It used to be manageable, but I am afraid that it's not going to get better. So get a more powerful phone or move to emulator

Reset basically just frees a slot for your mercenaries, it doesn't make the hero available again.

I enhanced my character signature item, the emblems were consumed but it did not level the item. I spent at least 120 emblems before I noticed.

Hi, I keep getting black screen almost every time I open a place with a lot of avatars, like arena, friends, leaderboards. It was happening before last update, but it was not that common. Now it is almost constant. I have no problem loading application, and all other things in the game works correctly.

I have many friends who cannot play due to the constant changes and mistakes of the game ... and every repair they make is worse than the previous one. Many have left the game due to repeated problems ... and if you send a message to the technical support, the nice bot appears saying the same thing no matter what you write it tells you that you have to have 2 ram and free space to play

Those “?” are appearing for me a lot of times it’s kind of messed up, usually I just need to restart the fight and it will be fixed. And once those “?” appeared in the campaign screen instead of the coins of the chest

My Raine Signature item locks on my Seirus when Seirus is far from the highest attack in my team. He only has high power but the lowest attack. See Belinda being 30k+ more dmg than seirus

I was playing on the new voyage of wonders and I was stuck on a specific opponent. I decided to leave, level my characters and then try again. As I did that, I accidentally removed one of my characters from my lineup and, as I put them back in, I noticed their power was lower than before. The same happened to other characters. And I could tell it was not a visual problem only because their power was indeed lower, I couldn't even reach the point I was struggling before. I was dead before I reached that point in the battle.

I was refunded for the Arthur purchase and a 99.99 monthly purchase and the amount of diamonds taken from me doesnt add up. Can someone explain how i got charged for 42k diamonds when neither of those purchases added up equals even 20k in diamonds, however you put it together in the merchant shop
