Also have a visual bug using Grezhul in Lab- when his energy is full and he uses his skill, the icon will get stuck half way upon activation so I can’t see his health/energy or manually activate his ability again for the remainder of the battle

The game’s chat censor is censoring words that don’t need to be? I literally wanted to type “hey I’m Trey, and I have a basketball game tomorrow” in the profile thing, and it replaces the “S” in basketball with a “?” and replaces the entire word “game” with “????”... I figured it was cause it was too long, so I tried with a shorter one “I don’t know how to read” and it replaces “ho” in how with “??”

mmh, If the event is already out todayy, I'd like to share the fact that the event isnt running for me 😦 when i open the game, on top right next to the quests tab, I get a cloud and when I click on it, they say I have to use wifi to download the file (i guess the update file). But i'm already on wifi. when i click the play button, the announcment and cloud disappear and nothing happens.

XP has bugged on my phone. It let me reach level 90 on one of my heros, then crashed, then I reopen it his level was reset back to 81 and the xp was reset to 25k from 250k. I closed and reopened 2 times, and now the hero is level 90 and i have 25k xp ._.

Hello, after the halloween update, i went on the new event and i beat the black nemora with 39 pumpkin. But after the end of the fight, i had no solution to quit the game. It was frozen on the fight. I restarted my app, battle hasn't been over (nothing on my box + no departure use).

Haven't got a screenshot, I only noticed too late, but if you use Orthros's ult, and click another character (in this case Brutus)'s ult while it is going on the other character will not use their ult and will freeze during the time they are supposed to be attacking. The other team didn't lose any extra health, so it isnt just a visual glitch. It still used up the energy though.

@snow inlet Check the pinned messages in #classic-questions. The bottom left camp must be defeated with a Thoran in your team or the treasure disappears. The "Event Finished" dialog box is triggered once you acquire the big treasure chests in the game as that's the main point of the Voyage, it doesn't account for the smaller treasures.

Hi, for some reason when you click on Golus' ultimate ability "Collision" while in Portraits (where you can test heroes) you get to see a unique animation and his dialogue for this ability, but if you click the same ability but on your own Golus in Heroes section, the game does not react similar to some skills that can't be shown. So i got. Bug where i passed world 13 and at the bottom i saw it say next chapter. Except i couldnt go to the nect chapter. I got the achievement and the special packahe i could buy to prove it. I then clicked on the map where i was and it pulled up rhe battle scresn to chose my jeros against the boss. So i could battle it again. After i closed the game it was fixed. But it was feustrating trying to figure out for a half hour what to do. I have a recording of it if you want to see it. But id have ro use somwthing other than discord because it is to large to send.

@neat hamlet As far as I can tell there was only one chance to randomly get the hourglass at the start of the event. If you had it there would be an hourglass in the upper left of that window. There was a message about activating it on my alt that got it but it seemed to activate automatically. It will also be in your bag if you have it and you can try activating it there.

So I updated the app from the apple store, it downloaded a 50MB update in the app and now it's just crashing after launching. Deleting the app and redownloading the 175MB update in-game gives the same results. The app has always been crashing on my iPhone and iPad but with this update, I cannot even play the game at all.

@bronze ibex Not sure what you mean by the first "problem". All of the bonuses are just increased for your rewards chest. The second, if you never bought a 100 pack then you can't redeem the Gift of Light.

I’ve had a problem for a long time of the game crashing in the initial loading screen two or three times before finally loading in, but the last day or two it has crashed over and over and over and will not load at all. My phone is kinda old (iPhone 6) but I thought it was fine since I’ve been playing for so long (~6 months I believe but can’t check)
I’m worried about deleting and redownloading because I don’t remember if I linked it to anything, is this a common bug or is there a new update that hasn’t hit the App Store yet?

when heros are at level 1 in my list, with no equipment, the power level being shown is incorrect. once equipment is equipped then unequipped, it goes back to normal. the attached pics show before and after equipping and unequipping an item. it gets frustrating when selecting characters for a task because they are sorted by level and power so powerful level heros end up at the end of the list when they are level 1 with no equipment when after I equip/unequip they rise to the top :(

Auto ascend doesn't appear to work for some of the newer heroes. For example I had 3 Arden rares and 2 Nara elites. Auto ascend should have picked this up as an Auto ascend for two heroes but could not.
Also I believe there's an issue with charming vurk. If charmed he will throw his poison bottle at his team which is fine, however if charm breaks before the poison explodes the damage is then transferred to your team often killing your team
Lastly I feel that Ira's bleed effect shouldn't do damage when a hero has been banished by Tasi. No other damage can be done to a banished target.
Potentially this also impacts feraels spirits too (energy reduction when banished).

When I want to change character's item via the "change" button, not every available item displays. On the screenshots below you can observe that only unequipped items appear in the gear branch when I want to change from mythic+ gear to something else. However, the simillar issue also appears when changing from Mythic items, equipped items appeared, but not every of them.

@uneven dune you need to uninstall and reinstall. Then once you start game, you need to wait for internal download to start, and then click on it and pause. You need to do this every time you start the game(guessing your running a iPhone 5 or 6 variant?)

Warek has a hidden teleportation skill. I have noticed him do that couple of times. Most often with Flawkes (most likely due to his grave). He not only wastes his grave completely but also teleports right into his face because of it, and LB suppose to counter Maulers....

Not sure how to prove this, but I had a bug in my 2nd Phantom of Horror's Eve run today. The fight went through as normal and the screen showed I had collected 30 candies, which I confirmed. Straight after that the next screen showed that I had successfully collected 16 tokens. I watched the fight that had been recorded and it was a completely different fight from what I had just seen to get 30 tokens. I also submitted a support ticket in the game client.

Update:it sort of fixed when i got some gold after logging out but i still lost the rest of the gold i had AND it is saying that i have gear for my heros that doesnt exist. Which isnt game breaking but the notification symbol is annoying and i cant tell who i actually have gear for

My game was being a bit slow and every time i reset it would bring the map up for a little, then go back into the battle so i can retry. i think one of those times i clicked the “Begin” button to go into the lineup scree, then also hit Start to start the battle, so it broke

@light thicket Yes when Soren charms Shemira, he makes her fight against your team. You have to use units that turn him away from your team to help them "evade" his charm and deal more damage to him.

Hogan no longer wields the upgraded sword for Legendary and higher, which is disappointing. He now wields the basic sword. That happened since his animations got changed.
Compared to that. Before the update, he wields an upgraded sword.

My game keeps going to the "restart/retry" thing whenever I try to tap the tavern. I've restarted my phone and game many times, but still no change. My phone is still connected to the wifi, and the tavern is the only thing not working

Not sure if it’s a bug or not or just compatibility with my phone. But I have to constantly delete and reinstall the game after the update because the game crashes on the “Lilith” screen. I use an older iPhone (5S) so that’s probably why but even then the game worked perfectly fine the other day.

Only solution is uninstall , reinstall and when game starts ( anytime you launch it) make sure to click on internal download and pause. Sometimes it takes awhile, before it starts downloading

Hi, i just pulled a Tasi from 10 faction scrolls. After pulling it i went to craft an epic plus tasi. Right now i should have 2 epic plus tasi. I only have one Epic plus and a regular epic one. Whats weird is after crafting the Epic plus Tasi i still have a full hero bag which makes no sense. I also didnt get any warning for a full bag before using the 10 scrolls.

Im having an issue in the Labyrinth. His dodge is too much and every time his ultimate goes through he replenishes his health. Im several power levels above him and i cant get past. I think the dodge rate needs to be lowered because this is too overpowered
