umm idk if its intended, but whenever i get a haste speed boost the opposing team does too?? is this supposed to happen?
it doesnt show the haste or the rising lines on opposing but their attack and movement rises aswell
i tested it fighting regularly then fighting with lyca, the same result happened because they got buffed aswell

Wrizz battle is just a little bugged. Tapping chests doesn't show that you get loot. At the end screen it does, however.

When heroes disappear it's cause the game accidentally makes a dupe but it's invalid and that happens when u try to ascend them
At least that's the case on my experiences because I didn't remember having those heroes

I like to give an update on the bug I have because it has changed slightly after the recent updates.
Let me start with a small recap. So I bought a new phone recently (after many years). Now my new phone has a notch (not sure if this is relevant or not). However I configured my phone so that the area to the left and right of the notch is reserved for the notification bar. Now it use to be the case that AFK arena somehow ignored this setting and tried to display part of the window there. This resulted in that part of the window getting cropped off by the OS. This was true for all windows in AFK arena except for the chat window, which was working fine.
Now after the update, this has reversed. Meaning that all windows in AFK arena are working fine now except for the chat window. I included a picture to show the problem I am having now with the chat window.
Another issue I still have with AFK arena on my new phone (even after the updates), is that AFK arena is not registering the correct place I touch the screen. It will always think that I am pressing the screen lower then I really am. This means that I have to press a few mm above all buttons which is really annoying because most of the time I miss the button. This will then resulting in for example: closing and canceling the confirmation window instead of accepting it etc... This (and the other bug posted earlier) only happens in AFK arena and not in my other apps. I also included some pictures of this problem. These pictures are of my new phone and are shot with my old phone.

I think I have discovered a bug with the new update, when sending out hero's to defend a guild members tower you cannot re use the same hero so you have to put 2 different teams, one in each tower. This is all fine until you leave, then you can modify the teams in the towers, when you hit modify on one of the teams it then lets you re use the hero's you used in the other tower, this therefore lets you use the same team (probably the stronger one) in both towers and on-top of that frees up your other team to be able to be sent to defend another guild members towers at their base. IDK if this is a bug or intended but I assume it is a bug as it doesn't initially let you place the same hero's in both towers.

I can't actually change the loadout of my guildmates auxillary towers. I set it earlier, but wanted to alter it, wasn't able to in the camp itself or in the deployed heroes section. It said changes detected, made me exit but upon checking no change actually made.

And an unrelated bug, sometimes eironn tries to suck in while no one is in range. The range detection on the skill needs to be fixed.
And another hero bug, when you have a melee hero as the strongest unit and place in backline, rosa moves to the backline spot of where the melee unit was placed even though the melee unit moved to the frontline after battle starts

As much as I find this interaction between Warek and Fawkes to be hilarious, I think this should probably be fixed in some fashion.
The key thing happening here is Fawkes uses his coffin on the bottom Warek, and then despite the effect being cleansed, he still gets forcibly repositioned across from Fawkes as if he were in the coffin.

So it's me, Charlotte's (S24, id:2038479). With the recent update i find it that my game keeps freezing everytime i do some certain acts which including
- Opening the 'my heroes tab'
- Changing gear between heroes
- Level up-ing heroes
- Visiting a guildmate's ground
- Doing plunder event
- Doing arena battle
- Even doing summon
The list could go on but i prefer not to write all the details as i believe there could be someone before me who has poured their concern. The point is.. can you do something about it? Like do a fixing or two.. i've been playing this game for long and i don't want to leave it. By long is 8 months, and tho i'm f2p.. but i will continue to support your game in my own way. Btw my device is Xiaomi Redmi 4x Pro.

@wraith moat read whole relic description. It says they they will heal back whole dmg in like 15 or 20 sec (can't remember). It's just that you deal no dmg since the very beginning that they are able to heal full. If you didn't have this relic, you would simply deal no dmg whole fight. Solar plane is known for having insane difficulty

Bug I found - When using the new hero Satrana in guild hunt against Wrizz she casts her ultimate 1x but will not cast as second time. The bar will regenerate full, but second ultimate never casts.
This occured on ever occasion I tested. I used the lineup below

Whenever I try to edit whatever I typed in the chatbox, it'll start lagging severely after a few edits and glitching whatever I type all over the place. I was fighting guild boss and it was only Raine and Belinda left. Weird thing is Raine died, but Belinda still had some health left. The game then just said it was completed, there was no death animation or the animation of all the treasures moving. It just went to rewards page.

Yeah. I didn't have an issue viewing the camp log when it didn't have anything to show me. But it now has an Exclamation mark and I received reduced rewards meaning I was attacked. But I now when I try to view the log it disconnects and can't reconnect. Only thing to do is restart the app.

Sooo...due to lucky pulls in the events, a couple purchases, and friends, and quests I got to pull 6 sets of 10 heroes. 4x sets by gems, 1x by hearts 1x by faction scrolls. I wrote down my pulls:
42 Greens, 18 Blues.
I know you can't expect a purple hero after every single 10 pull...but I'ts been weeks since I've seen a purple, and I'm getting super unmotivated to play, because I can't progress. And with so many greens I can't even accend heroes. I'm stuck in game because my heroes aren't high enough level for me to move forward, and even buying gems won't get me anywhere if I can't get a purple hero. So, I think your RNG might be broken.

Stun can target no enemy.
As shown in the picture, 1 water is on Luscius, another on lyca and another on nothing.
If you can see, the 3rd water is directly inline with seirus, behind luscius position.
This means instead of targetting pos 3 tasi, it chose to hit nothing.

Used my other team of heroes to take down some of the enemies. I killed 3 of the enemies, but after the defeat screen, i got force kicked out of vow and it shows that i did kill the 3 enemies. But when i try to battle them again, it shows the full team unscathed

There is this glitch where if you play a certain gamemode or do a certain activity before testing a hero the background on the hero being tested changes. But it looks better like this than the original. I would say for the dev team to change it to this background.

Hi, a person in my guild has FPS drops (all the time) while she's playing, since about two weeks after a game's update. So we just want to know if her bug is already known by the dev or if we can resolve it. But let's explain a bit more her's problem and her "situation". She is on Android, with a recent version. She already try to reinstall or repear the game, she has activated the "low power mode". And she hasn't any other fps rates problems on other games she plays (games whitch can need "bigger" performance). Therefore for her the game has become unplayable so we would by glad to have a resolution of this bug. Thank you in advance and sry for my terrible English

Seirus is very buggy right now...
- His stun animation gets choppy at times, slowing down his timing.
- His stun consistently fails to target tasi when she is the 3rd closest enemy to Seirus. This only happens when Seirus is at the frontline, near Tasi. His stun still works if he is directly infront of Tasi and positioned in backline(which is a bad thing obvioisly)
- He starts attacking later than usual when he is in the backline, failing to interrupt things he usually could.
- He sometimes attacks 1 time before casting stun after using his 3rd skill at the start of battle.
- His stun still targets enemies inside Tasi's banish.

So my Rosaline was attached to Ulmus, at one point ennemy Galus kicked Ulmus out of the screen and while out of the screen Ulmus ulted and came back to his starting position with it.

In the voyage of wonders (the fabled forest) I keep crashing on the first fight from the left on the top right island. As soon as I start the combat and the first enemy attacks I crash. All the other level 1s in the labyrinth I’m facing die super quick, she is impossible to kill. Her special wipes almost my entire team. I can only get her health bar down, maybe 1/4th. It doesn’t seem right. You can also see the power disparity in the one frame. It has to be a bug. Update: Managed to get through it sacrificing a team or two.

Not entirely sure if it’s a bug or if I’m picking things up wrongly, but when in the Heros tab then navigating to the Hero portraits I was checking out the info on Thane’s abilities and came across on the “Focus” ability that “Belinda raises her own crit rating...”. Does Thane buff Belinda in some way or is it meant to read with Thane names there instead? (Relatively new player, and on iOS)

sad to inform you this is not the case, i received the rewards for finishing 15-40, even tho i did not beat the level yet... (so after beating 15-39 i got my advancement rewards, including a button in the bottom of my screen showing "advance" even tho i clearly had not yet beaten lv 15-40)

You can see the portal is on the adjacent tile. It should have never shown that there was a portal on the tile you're on.
Just because there's an emblem on the tile doesn't mean it's a portal.
That's the landing tile for the portal that's directly next to it.

Never stepped on it, was the area pretty much in the middle of the map, cleared out everything to leave and it was the only path I could take to leave so I tapped to go to the portal but instead of stopping me with the usual message it just deleted the ice block
I came from that bottom path, cleared everything there then when I tried to go up to the circled portal, it happened

Still getting mercenaries coming in at level 160. My heroes are at 258 and the friend this merc was borrowed from is at 271.
I've tried messaging repeatedly about this bug and I just keep getting told that the mercenary level is determined by the level of my five highest heroes.
Also not a bug, but the whole gear is determined by the gear of your five highest heroes and if you undress those heroes your merc gets blue gear is really broken. Especially for trying to use mercs when fighting in the towers of Experia. Forcing us to have up to 5 heroes we're not using dressed in our best gear and have the team we're using dressed in subpar gear just so that we don't get naked mercs is bull
And because they aren't gear presets, we can't even easily swap our top five heroes into lower quality gear without undressing them, which triggers the disappearance of the gear on the mercs

I am fighting a lvl 1 Athalia in the arcane Labrynth. Once her health reached half, it became invincible to all attacks. 100% dodge rate. I have used 15 heros, used the tears, then 15 heros again, then a third round of 15 heros, but still, she has almost full energy and half health! All of my attacks are dodged by her! Even Shemira double ulti (I have rosaline) is barely tickling her!

My account completely reset as a "New Player" yesterday. I didn't get a new phone, empty my cache, data, or reinstall the game. I just did as usual and opened it to play and my account was gone. Luckily I had linked it, so got it back, but seems like a bug you should be made aware of. It's happened before to another guild mate.

@neat hamlet iPhone 5 or 6? If you have the game linked to Facebook or Game Center, delete the game. Redownload , once downloaded the game will do a internal download at top right, click on it and pause it. Long as that update isn’t finished you can play, it’s a issue with iOS . @quick bronze looks like it’s on iOS. So we might get lucky or not. They key is to keep that internal download paused. When the game starts , you have to pause it every time. Sometimes it takes a bit before it starts loading.

@junior current This isn't a bug... Emblems are random drops once you reach Chapter 17 in your AFK chest. There is currently no way to revert signature items.

Today have an issue with numisu totem. In lab on hard mobe he put it behind my Belinda and she start attacking totem. Raine's Signature Item does not mark the ally with the highest Attack but instead Highest Power. She stopped marking my Belinda as soon as she got less power than my Thane, even though she still has more power than Thane.
Since the Signature Item got reworded from "strongest ally" to "highest attack", not sure the words are a mistake or the design is mistaken.

In regards to any users with the 600 diamond issue:
It apparently has to do with opening and closing the game. If you are in the game and received the mail (or possibly that the system saw you as logged into the game but you weren't in the game yet, etc.) but did not collect it and closed the app then came back, the mail will disappear. The dev team is already investigating this issue. Thank you.

AFK chest does not show the amount of afk loot it has, it's been like this for like 5 hours

I have an issue with rewards I receive in my bag going missing. Like rewards no longer being there. Or even collected loot from the VIP goes away after its collected. I've lost too many diamonds to count, and rare shards.
