not really sure where to report the bug in game. I tried the support chat but i've received no response. I'm able to do battle in the tower (light bearer/mauler) once then when i try to play a consecutive time whether i won or lost once i click "begin battle" the game freezes.

Hello, here is a bug where my team was defeated despite the original battle and replay showing that they won. I'm the team on the left with all lightbearers and Nemora attacking the other guy. For some reason, when Hendrik is using his shield ability, this happens to him...
...and then, he dies.
It seems to trigger whenever he uses it and his health goes below 25%.

I faced an enemy team with Hendrik on it in the Arena of Heroes, and now, not only did the damage loop around when the enemy Hendrik's HP went below 25%, but the game froze.

Game crashed 3-4 times after the latest update. Please fix it and make it more stable. Literally your every update is forcing you to release a patch following that. Also stop flooding the game with new heroes and making the game to loose interest. Instead work on introducing more events.

There is a bug with the rankings in the challenger tournament. It no longer shows what champion rank you are, in this case it should be “Champion-97” and also if you’re in diamond it no longer says “Diamond-I” for example. It has some characters key:rank and then the “I” or “II” for example

Once you arrive at chapter 15, you'll unlock Faction towers, whereas every tower is only accessible by 1 specific Faction.

Yes. Whenever he uses his healing shield ability, if he's brought down below 25% health or if the ally behind him would be killed if he wasn't there, the game pauses and scrolls a bunch of random numbers, and then he dies.

all i knew was Satrana's ultimate being described wrong, and turns out her ultimate isnt useful at all since u either kill enemy too fast or they never get to 30% hp from stalling, basically its a no ultimate hero at that point

^ no, that's not what he means. It's a known bug that inbox messages don't appear even tho you have received one. your phone registers the notification, but the game doesn't put it in your inbox.

Reinstalling your game fixes it for a little while but all your previous inbox messages are gone.. so that's a no no
clear case of memory/cache issues that don't go from server side to client side
Also if you blocked a person, you still get notifications on your phone from the messages, but u can't see it ingame 😂

For those of you on IOS that are still crashing, make sure you download the newest version of the game from the App Store. From there go back into the game and download the remaining files. That should help the crashing 🙂

They won't compensate anyone for lost time in the game. I lost 2 weeks after I downloaded a patch and kept getting "Unfortunately, afk arena has stopped". The next patch I downloaded and it magically worked again. I lost out on the free Athalia for 10 million downloads and so many other things.

The crashes got worse with the new update. Tried clearing cache and reinstalling. Every arena battle crashes out. Every tower battle crashes out. Scrolling hero’s for inventory management crashes out. Before it was every other battle or long waits between. Now it’s literally every action minus the afk chest collection.

I have start the application once. It has downloaded some data.
At the end of the download it crashed.
I restart the phone, I restart the application, no download start. After the logo page, it instantly crashes. Back to the phone main menu.

Rosaline should follow the ally with the highest attack/offense score (which in my lineup should be Belinda with about 19,8k). I tested her in a few gamemodes but she keeps following Lucius with an attack/offense score of about 15k. Seems like a bug for me.
Edit: She followed Belinda as intented until yesterday before I raised my Lucius to mythic so this could eventually be a reason

A few day ago, I bought a new phone (after 7 years).
On my old phone everything was working fine.
However on my new phone I have a strange and annoying problem.
When I press the screen somewhere, AFK arena think I pressed the screen 5mm lower.
This means that I need to touch the screen 5mm above a button if I want to "click" that button.
This makes playing AFK arena very hard on annoying because I keep miss pressing on everything.
So far this only happens in AFK arena and not in any other app. So I believe it is a bug in this app but I am not sure.
my old phone runs android 6.0.1 while my new phone runs android 9.
I think it has something to do with the fact that my new phone has a notch now, because some windows (like the chat window) in AFK arena gets chopped of by the notification bar at the top.
I setup my phone so that no app is allowed to use the notification area next to the notch. Even so AFK arena tries to still use this area and then one of two thing happen:
- the top gets chopped of and is not visible but touching the screen work normal (like the chat window).
- the window does not extend into the notification bar and thus it becomes not invisible (as it is suppose to do) but now I need to press the screen 5mm higher each time.
I tried to google my problem online but did not find anything. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because right now playing AFK arena on my new phone has been very frustrating.

So I just hit level 20, got the whole 99 cent package thing that has a 2 hour time limit with Raine and the VIP dealio that comes with it. Only problem is I got this "Error 42" when using the coupon it gave me due to a connection error and now I have a 99 cent coupon and an unredeemable (and now no longer available for some reason) special. To add insult to injury the game KNOWS I've made a purchase since I just received the first time purchase gift from this -.-

There is def a memory leak or something with the Android version. After so many battles or time playing, it starts with stutters and hitches and eventually my FPS drops to near nothing. Closing and reopening the game fixes it until it eventually slows to a halt again. I have to close and reopen every like 15 minutes.

so ive come to the conclusion.. it may be the phones capacity, since the firmware im using was probably perfected before i got it, or it could actually be the guys with bugs have a full memory storage, since it basically notifies if u run with a full storage u might encounter problems.
u could try making space then reinstalling to see if that fixed it? -shrug- i have 1gb of free space even tho i have a GTA game taking up 1.8gb

I don’t know how long these bugs have been around, but after a win with a mercenary, that one mercenary should be unavailable for the rest of the week. Instead, the game stops you from using all the mercenaries you’ve hired for the rest of the week.
Furthermore, after returning said mercenaries, even if you haven’t used them, the game prevents you from using them again. A-like so.

Hello, I am not able to contact support. I purchased regal rewards and it said I have no internet. I tried to buy it again and it said i already own that item. I was charged for the purchase but did not receive anything. I contacted support in game but it will not let me send anything saying "please check your network and try again." guys, the only way to play the game with android is to use bluestacks on your computer. That the only way you can play without any crash...As you all, i can't play on my phone, so i use bluestacks to make all my daily things and it works, no crash.Think about as an alternative way to play before to see a fix.

I get a notification on my phone that I have a direct message in-game. If the message is from someone I already have a conversation with, then there aren't any issues, but if the message is from someone who is just starting a chat with me, then when I get into game to see the message, it doesn't appear at all. This has been happening for a 2 months now.
I've confirmed that these people have tried sending me a message by trying to find them using their usernames from my notification on phone. Not sure if this is only happening with me or not.
Can't provide photo evidence of bug, because the chats just aren't there.

It's happened about two or three times now when I defeat Wrizz in the labyrinth and I don't see the screen that gives me the award. It just jumps back to the labyrinth. I can't tell if it's giving me the award or not telling me, or if it is not giving me the award at all.

So I found out that if you tap on the Challenger chest to collect points and press the back button too quickly, it doesn't collect the points and you lose them completely

Not sure if this is a bug or a new “feature”. Khasos seems to throw his axe when the enemy is not in range (range of the axe was previously adjusted) and with his new mythic weapon he can continue to throw the axe into the void while the fight progresses

So I found a bug. Is not game breaking or something, but still, a bug.
Situation: Guild Raids.
I was doing a normal guild when suddenly I realized that the chest disappears, and they are not getting "counted" in the marker. I tried restarting the game, and raiding Soren, but still, the game does not count the chest that I picked up. However, after the raid ends, they give me the rewards. As i said, is not game breaking, but I would like to report it.

I've the problem that in the Labyrinth the last stage ("Boss stage") has a Lvl2 L Athila in it which annihilates my whole team as if she's a hard mode Labyrinth boss. The account is barely 6days old and im certain it shouldnt happen that way. Got a screen recording of it if neccessary.
I may add i had played this game and have never seen such before, especially with a new-ish account.

basically, I am facing a group of lvl 1/2 epic/legendary enemies, I can pretty much 1hit everything except for a lvl 2 epic (purple) Athila who is dodging 99% of my hits
I can stun her or root her, which is fine. But I still barely hit her at all, with root I can hit her, but I do 300-700 dmg per hit, maybe 1,5k when I'm lucky, and it's barely 5% of her health bar. She just waits and kills 3-4 heros with her ult

also, I should add that I have a Lucius with Shield active when her ult happens. And it still kills of anything and everything. My team is lvl 61 with lvl 70 Lucius, all Epic or Epic+. I'm not that strong I know, but still, that shouldn't happen right?
Okay, so when I look at my other fights, the dmg output is rather low. I do 2-3k on a normal hit at Wrizz for example, with the exact same heroes. So doing 300-700dmg a hit on a lvl 2 Athila seems rather low..

Little follow up to the Lvl 2 L Athila on the labyrinth as stage 1 boss.
4/5 heroes are now lvl 81 (3 more than yesterday) and she's still pretty much unkillable and 1 shots my whole team. Pretty sure its not a feature but a bug still.

I think I have found a fight interaction bug between Gorvo and Lucius (unless it's intended). If Lucius pops his ult as Gorvo goes in the air for a shell smash, Gorvo will not receive any shield. If it is intended, then I would argue it should not be, seems counterintuitive to punish a teammate for using an attack ability at the wrong time.

@rough stump Returning only makes it so that the user that borrowed a hero is able to free up a slot in their Mercenaries. It does not return the hero to the owner.

All unlocking the pass does is make you able to receive the Elite Soulstones and Diamonds, as well as the Rare Soulstones that you get before unlocking.
You do not get any additional rewards.

There is something wrong with the chests. When I'm fighting in the guild hunt and tap the chest they go away but doesn't show any item and it doesn't count them on top. On the results page it lists out as it should be.
The other is in the peaks of time. When I win a boss fight there is no relic chest drop from bigger camps. I'm currently on viper's march.

There seems to be an issue related to Hard Mode Lab Wrizz: once you start the battle, a hero simply dies. No matter what the health regen, shields or other abilities, relics etc are. It's randomly but apparently always the same unit. In my case it was Ezizh a couple of days ago and today (borrowed) celestial twins. The hero died, with high regen, Lucius shield and all kinds of regen/survival relics. Restarting the match will result in the unit still dying over and over again there doesn't seem to be a way around.

Not 100% sure if a bug, but when playing on Auto Nara almost always forgets to do her ultimate, she just sits there with a full bar for 10-20 seconds (usually until she dies)

My Seirus has 766.331 hp (1.072.863 hp in fight with his signature item lvl 10)

So, this is the same issue with the twins and Soren that I reported on September 19, only even weirder. Grezhul and Baden are linked, and both are still alive, when the link transfers from Baden to Soren. Then Grezhul died, and suddenly Soren and Baden were linked! I really hope this is on the fix list in the next update!
