This is something that happened yesterday and on my phone, so I don't have a video or screenshot, mostly because I got distracted for a moment, while combat was happening.
So basically, I was grinding lab and had the thunderburst relic. I remember I was trying to check something out (I believe still in the game, might've been the faction bonuses), and at that same moment, an ult happened (time freeze, you know how animations work) and I have no idea about the actual interaction technically, but the heroes never unfroze. They were frozen, with the darkened tone of an ult animation moment, but only thing happening was continuous thunder strikes, in short intervals. It stayed like that until all enemies were dead and I won.
I believe even then the background didn't go back to normal (during the cheer animations).

- In the noble tavern, if you exit it and renter when a different summon screen out of the 3 are shown, the order in which you move them left and right changes (a minor bug, but a bug)
- In fight when you choose your hero formation, you can select two heroes at the same time by clicking between them (another minor bug but it's a bug)

Autofill glitch in Team Quests.
Open up Bounty Board, I used autofill on all the Solo quests without a hitch. Continue to Team Quests, I try to use autofill again, it has previously worked, but this time, when I hit dispatch I get an error "Mercenary does not exist". The Quest acts like it is started and pulls up the timer. Exiting the bounty board and reopening the Team Quests is enough to reset the quests back to normal for dispatch. If I manually choose the mercenaries for the quest, I can actually begin the quest and not get the error.

Hey, I just tried to finish making steps to make Ulmus L+, and for that I bought the last Elite Ulmus off the challenger store. Upon receiving it in my bag, I cashed in the tokens, but I never received it even upon restarting the game. For some reason when Shemira uses her Silence ability the ability won't do any damage or silence but instead freezes the enemy target for a couple milliseconds, it's very annoying haha

Shemira Silence Bug:
- If shemira is interrupted while casting Silence, her target becomes frozen.
- Her target is not silenced (No silence icon), only frozen.
- Silence is supposed to only apply when Shemira completes the cast animation.
- In the video, Shemira is stunned halfway through her cast animation.
- Happened in 2 runs and in previous experiences so this must be consistent.
- In both test runs, Seirus is the one who stunned Shemira so he might have something to do with that. Haven't confirmed if it is triggered by other heroes.

in patch 1.20, there was an update to Shemira. " Shemira’s ‘Soul Siphon’ ability will now be cut short if she can no longer target enemies. " ive spent the last 3 hrs playing and watching as my shemira is consistently continuing her siphon on untargetable enemies. Ive tried both with Tasi's banish ability and with Fawkes' coffin ability. Im not sure if there are any other abilities that have the same effect, but thats my experience.

Interesting bug in The Abysmal Delves, every mountain is either replaced by nothing or by an impassable ground tile which makes navigating a chore. Exiting and re-entering the PoT doesn't work, neither does closing and reopening it, nor does restarting the game and phone do anything.

Hey so today i wanted to get my Fawkes to mythic+ so i made an legendary Morvus. Then i wanted to make a elite + morvus to get him to legendary + but when i made the second epic morvus and put them both in the thing to get him to epic+ it said you dont own this hero and i couldnt press anything so i restarted the game and the upgrades i did for the epic + morvus were gone. i still have the legendary morvus and the 1 epic copy i created but the second morvus i didnt get and the rare+ copys are gone too. I also lost 20 gems for some reason but idc about that. I dont know if this is supposed to go on this thread here and if not who do i contact?

I've put it in the suggestion room as well since I'm not sure it's a bug : When Tasi or Fawkes banish one of your heroes, Rosaline stays on the spot and doesn't follow another hero whereas any other hero or enemy totally ignores the banished hero as if it didn't exist.

Yo guys, wtf with the game? I have collected gems for update and was going to spend 2700 gems to get some heroes (with gems for update I was having 3k+ gems). When i was pressing the buy button it throws me error (guess it was 101). I have restarted the game and my gems dropped to 2500 as before those 600 gems for update. Then I have collected 3k dust from +/- 2500 to lvlup belinda from 120lvl to 121lvl and it said that I haven't got enough items for lvl up. Press your profile picture in game, press the support button, press the message button in the upper right corner and provide them with information. I did that when I had the same issue and got a response the next working day.

When fighting the boss guarding the major treasure after entering the teleporter, if you win the battle but part of your team dies. Hogan and Mirael show up and tell you to level up and try again, as if you lost the battle

I've been having a lot of connectivity issues, especially with chat. This is on a Google Pixel 3 (Android 9 Pie) if that helps any. It happens consistently whether I'm using data or stable wi-fi, and I'm not having issues with other apps, so I'm fairly certain its the game.
- If I tab out and back into the game, when I try to do anything (like start a PvE battle) it will show me the error message I've attached.
- When I go into chat, I sometimes get a red bar that says "Connecting..."... but it never connects. I have to restart the game to get it to work.
- I'll receive notifications on my phone of new chat messages, but when I open the game, they won't show up. I have to close the game and reopen to make them appear, but that doesn't always work either.
- Sometimes when I try to send a message, it shows a loading ring next to the message and it doesn't send properly. If I restart the game, it will send the message, but sometimes other people will receive it twice.

I think there might be an issue with the new event. I started and completed the lab after the event came out. I beat Wrizz in hard mode and finished stage 3. lucent voyage of wonders final boss for lvl 150 bracket is broken, I beat it very easily on my lower level account but for the lvl 150 version it's impossible to beat with all the best relics and ascended lucius loan from friend. they're overpowered

Ah the Rest in Peace Bug has been already reported. What worked for me was get all tombstones before going all the way north. After killing the enemy all the way north it opened. I joined just to report this. Well. At least it's been reported already!
I think the bug that the thing is open has something to do with the enemy way up north. Kill it first, bug happens.
I did it again. Yes. Confirmed it. If you kill the enemy up north before you get all three gravestones/The item "Blessings of the Ancients" the old Gravestone will not open.
Probably something wrong with the checking for the "having defeated a worthy enemy" call.

silvina's first blood skill is not properly targeting mage units with the lowest defense. what's happening is, she's hitting the unit with the lowest level even though that unit has substantially higher defense than the ones that are at higher level. this is either a bug or the skill lacking some extra descriptions there. it should include base defense / level / ascension tier if those are also extra triggers or counted when activating the skill

I’m a Guild leader & some members have zero activity points & when I tell them why? They claim that they are doing the dailies & there’s a bug that’s why it’s not showing. hi! it seems that my region (Malaysia) only allows me to play the playtest server. the PlayStore says the live game is unavailable for my region - is there anything that can be done about this?

@glad basin You can change your country in the Google Play Store, but keep in mind that after changing it, you will not be able to change it for another year. Changing to another region should allow you to download the game, and you can add people from other servers regardless of your own server number.

There were other nuances during that lab that made me think something was different. For example, enemy team was hasted without lyca or numisu. And my entire team seemed to take damage all at once. But it’s hard to show those types of bugs
I know enemies can have sig items in lab. And I usually beat it without breaking a sweat. But this time it felt as if every buff I got the enemies had the same advantage

Experienced a bug/glitch where I ascended thoran to elite+ and it went successfully, but the elite thoran i used for ascension remained in my inventory. I could equip it into battle to make sure if i was just seeing things. I didnt managed to get a screenshot tho. Closed the app and then the bug went away.

& look i get that you guys & the dev guys needs to get paid for the awesome work you guys do, but really? Not all of the people who play this game have hundreds of ZAR available to buy diamonds & other stuff to get anywhere. Like i have been stuck with the same heroes for probably a month now & ascending them is almost impossible, coz everytime i summon from tavern more than half of the summon is green heroes. Most of whats left is blue & once in a blue moon i get a purple.
