Same deal as the Advancement rewards -- you buy it, but there's more requirements you must pass to earn it, while I originality it offers 45,000 gems, you don't get them all immediately, only once you pass a chapter you get a relatively small portion of that 45,000 gems which will eventually accumulate to 45,000 once you pass the last requirement.

yeah that doesn't do it. Game works fine. Just have my MAIN account that is unlinked to my FB/Game Center. And a level 2 account that is associated with FB/GC.
so if my device with main account is lost/wiped... all my progress is gone gone gone.
I own both devices, but there are two different accounts. I just want to merge them (delete the fake one, link the real one).
Totally get why Lilith doesn't want to do this (cheating, selling of accounts, etc). But I was hoping there was a way to fix this in legit mistaken cases.

Hello, I recently got a copy of Rosaline on one of my alt profiles and I came to realize that whenever I paired her up with Saveas, and then she starts following Saveas, specifically; her animation shows that she is walking/running backwards trying to reach behind Saveas, but never really reaches that position. In the end, this keeps happening until Saveas moves a bit forward to start attacking the lower right position. While she is trying to reach that position, she doesn't attack and doesn't use any skills, until Saveas moved a bit. Saveas's starting position was upper-backline, and Rosaline was mid-backline. I will try to get a picture of this and send it in later.
Other than this, she is really good to play with though! Much fun! 💜💜

The back button on my phone seems to get bugged after a couple level restarts, i use it instead of the pause button and maybe the problem pops up when i try to pause to late (time runs out or all heroes die), after it bugs the button just stops working in the entire game, i can't pause the battle, can't close windows, can't exit the game, it just doesn't respond to the taps.

@coral light I was one of those people for whom the game wasn't updating after the patch was released. Couldn't get a playstore download to work either. So I contacted the FB Support Team and they provided me with a googledrive link for the APK file for the game. After that I had no issues, the game updated on its own just fine.

I would like to say that i encountered a bug in Rickety Cart the Revert Hero tab. I ascended, After the update, Solus to Legendary in hope to see the way that Revert tab works, and surprisingly it didn't work at all for me. I have experienced a bug with the new hero Rosaline. When attempting to follow Shemira at the top backline from a starting position of the bottom of backline, she gets stuck walking infinitely and does no actions.
I tested a little bit and she doesn't get stuck following shem when either of them are in any other position, only specifically when shem is top backline and rosa is bottom backline

Rosaline seems to be encountering a bug. Whenever she follows Estrilda there’s a likely chance that she becomes stuck at the edges when Estrilda is dashing through, for example. When Rosaline becomes stuck, she STAYS stuck and can’t do ANYTHING. The fight basically becomes a player less. I’ve lost an arena fight because of this. Please test this bug and fix it.

OK this is bad, it keeps kicking me out of the game since yesterday's update, in the MIDDLE of the battle in both arena and campaign, I just managed to beat a stage I was in for a while and at the end it said "error couldn't manage the battle data" or something along those lines, and it kicked me out. Logged back in and it says I haven't beat the stage where I clearly did before giving me that error. Fix this asap! It wasn't happening before the newest update.
On another note, it seems I'm missing the first chest in the tavern, the one that gives you a purple card to choose. It jumped straight to the 2nd,while on my alt it is there. I don't get how this is supposed to work, but it should be the same for all accounts no?

Tech support told me to take it up with Apple because they see that it’s pending only. Took a couple of days before the payment was confirmed and I got the official e receipt. Hello - I had a situation yesterday. My account ended up with Negative -10,700 diamonds.
I know why it occurred. There was a refund processed. My bank has high security at the moment because of fraud I have been having. This purchase was flagged and refunded through Google Play.
I was offered a "RePurchase" through the in game mail app. I would have been happy to repurchase however doing so would have still left me in negative diamonds.
See, the package only had 2600 diamonds, but there must have been a "diamond value" placed on the other items. I would have given it ALL back. Them I could have repurchased
Now I'm stuck! I cant get myself out of negative diamonds
I contacted Google Play support and they cannot assist because as I stated, a repurchase does not help- it's not an even exchange on the repurchase. The Google case number is 9-6068000027180.
This is not fair. It's not about the money. The refund was unintentional and the repurchase option will not help

Hendrik seems bugged : if he triggers his passive, then sacrificial shield, the health regen is interrupted. If it's not a bug, it makes hendrik very underwhelming because it means that a strong AOE will disable one of both hendrik abilities that he can only use once per battle. This is a test battle in VoW. Is it possible that the opponent also has benefits of the relics we use? As you can see my heroes hardly did any dmg, but the enemy took a lot more dmg (thnx to the relics) and if you look at the damage my heroes took its % wise a lot higher than the opponent actually did. VoW battles feel a lot harder than they should when you look at the power levels between the 2 teams. In the labyrinth when i outscale the opponent by 300k power i actually destroy them, but i VoW i get destroyed by a team 300k lower than me

That’s not a glitch, on auto she only uses it when an enemy reaches below 40% hp as it is an execute. Wrizz and Soren have endless health in guildhunt so they never reach that 40% threshold so Nara won’t auto use her ult

A minor bug to report, the voice lines for newer heroes don’t come out the first time. For instance, Gorvo will say a line but no sound, but second time he says the same line there is sound. The problem seems to apply to Elijah and Laila, Gorvo and Rosaline, as far as I know rn.

I have had this glitch 2x now in Labyrinth, that happens when I had the Celestial Twins, plus the item that Periodically strikes enemies and stuns them. What happens is after the Twins do their Ult, all characters will freeze while the sparkly stuff from the ult is still swirling about, but the thunder continues to strike down the enemies, eventually killing them, but this doesn't end the battle, nor does it count as a Victory

Fawkes his first cc is good he banishes Farael he has the highest attack rating, but tasi then banishes Shemira and that is wrong! Here is a video showing that the 2nd cc (tasi) does not prioritize the right target. Fawkes uses coffin on Farael and then Tasi uses banish on Shemira. But when you look up the heroes in the portrait tab you can clearly see that Isabella has higher power than Shemira when they are at the same level

So uh. I bought one of these gift sets and I got an elite Ankhira from the shards. Then I ascend 3 rare+ to another elite ankhira. When I Ascended both to get an elite+ it said I didnt that hero. It froze and wouldn't let me back out so I restarted and saw I now have lost of the elite ankhira.

Ferael ultimate skill “Nether Blaze” is bugged, as it does not apply evil spirits on the enemies as it should. You can check the video where you can see the last enemy has no evil spirits before AND after the skill is used, which is proof it is not working.

Found a bug on ferael's ulti. The description says that whenever he uses his ultimate, anyone who got damaged from it will be haunted by spirits.
But there are no spirits whenever i used the ultimate
I already contacted afk arena but they said that there will be no spirit if the enemy got damaged from the ulti
Which is too confusing because the description of the ulti said that the enemy who got hurt from the ulti will be haunted by the spirits.

I'm trying to run kings tower, campaign and the voyage of wonders and when my heroes get to their ultimate, it gets stuck and the frame has fire around it, but the ultimate doesn't go off. So they are just stuck with a full bar and nothing happens so they get destroyed so quickly

Whenever there is 2 heroes that are nearly equal when it comes to overall rating, and in battle they move in certain positions, Rosaline would sort of end up going on a run-loop, as in she would run up and down as if deciding which hero would be the better hero to help. She can still use her "Motivation" ability, although every other ability she has no longer is in use + her regular attacks

Dura's Drape Artifact gives wrong % DEF? My Tasi lvl 152 has 1715 DEF (flat stats, no items equipped). After equipping the artifact her DEF raises to 1828 which is an increase of about 6,59%. That is definitely not 8% as the artifact says.

AFK rewards stopped giving good equipment after u finally passed a stage u have been stuck at for several days. Is this change intentional?
Just observed this on 2 alts, both were stuck at 13 24 and 14 4 respectively for almost a week, and I just passed each today, yet the afk chest did not give even E+ equipment. I've come to expect them, such a let down when it didn't.

@slender sleet I disagree, throughout the previous 2 months of playing on 7 alts, I've observed the pattern of better loot dropping right after I've cleared a stage I've been stuck at for a few days. It has happened so consistently that I've come to recognise it as a hidden reward mechanism
I have tested it by collecting the chest right before clearing a stage I know I have progressed enough to clear, and get no equipment, and after clearing, collecting mere minutes later and the first collection will be a good piece of equipment
its either been patched out intentionally or accidentally removed since the most recent hotfix.
One possibility is that the devs have replaced it with good equipment on first login per day, but I've only took notice of that happening on 1 alt today, so 1 out of 7 is what I'd consider statistically insignificant, though I would have to wait till tomorrow to confirm that particular hypothesis.

Well it's not how my alts have had it, unless my rng has been super specific to give good equipment only immediately after each of my seven accounts have cleared their roadblocks, repeatedly.
I merely deduced it from playing the game actively over several accounts, and I've not been shy about collecting AFK chests...like I said, before clearing a level I've been stuck, I get shit rewards. Right after, I used to get good gear. That was a very clear pattern to me. I didn't think much of it until today when it stopped. On 3 accounts now.
I've sent a query to support regarding the issue, just to clarify if it was indeed my rng being very very peculiar or it was a pattern they had put a stop to.

If you use Baden, Grezhul, Lucious, Raine and Estrilda on wrizzle the Game goes to 2 fps everytime grez and baden have 3+ summons up and lucious ult plops in this is driving me insane like why can't you code the game right !!! I dont want to waste time in a Wrizzle fight i want that fker dead!
@plucky plover its not a bug its bad coding like with Vedan when he uses his Ultimate, he also doesnt get healed or shielded by lucious, funn thing is Rosaline gets the shield but no heals. Everytime Rosaline "attaches" herself to the "strongest" (might) hero she is untargetable.

I got Serius's Signature weapon to +10, unlocking the tier where he is suppose to heal for 2% of his hp per second for the first 40 or so seconds of a battle. Doesn't work at all. Support sent me to their FB for help but was told it works fine but it's not obvious. It does not work and it is apparently clear.

Hello, would it be possible to improve the stability of the game? When I play in "Voyage of Wonders" the application systematically shuts down one fight after another, which makes it very hard to play. It is almost the same in the Four Faction Towers. And most of the time, during the first fight againt Wrizz it also shuts down during the fight. Thank you

Hi there, I have a request for a second oppinion for a nasty bug. In the new event, Forgotten Mine, one of the charecters used in the 5 man combo doesnt use the special ability except thr first time. Have the problem on Saveas and I cant beat the level ... So frustrating

@wheat shoal Saveas ult is the activation of an attack speed buff, nothing more, and it gets renewed when he kills something
There's no need for him to use his ult again while the buff is still running because it wouldn't make a difference, it would be a waste of energy
Therefore it's not a bug, it's an intended feature

I encountered a glitch or something today. I was purchasing a piece of equipment in the store with diamonds and the game just shut down on me. When I reopened the game I noticed that my diamonds were gone and the wrong item was purchased. I am on the iOS. Is there anyway that this can be corrected or am I just at a loss here? Spider thread glove does not effect Athalia. It’s an item in the labyrinth you obtain, it cocoons the enemy team until a damage threshold has been met, Athalia I guess isn’t effected because she attacked so quickly

I beat weizz in the lab (hard lab) i swear, i cant be crazy, it was 10k of lab coins. After finish hard lab, i got 50/50 times finished lab and got 25k lab coins. This lab give to me 35k in 2 steps, but i got for every fight 150~230, and, before starts the lab, i was with 6k+ and i should have a amount of 41~44k lab coins. So, i dont understand where the rest of my coins. There is a way can i check my rewards in the lab? Or Weiz is bugged showing 10k reward and paying less?
