Test server egg drop ended today, and as a f2p player I actually estimated myself to get 136 by end of event (not including the reset hour 8am GMT+8). So last time I collected AFK reward was at 2am and I'm supposed to receive 4am and 6 am totalling 4 eggs. However because I collected slightly after 8am (daily reset) I receive 0 eggs. Would be nice if this can be fixed and players can still get the eggs collected up to the last second before reset...

There are some bugs in the labyrinth

1. If you defeat enemies but not the stage and you play again the defeated enemies that you killed are back again.
2. If you win a stage it sometimes kills one of your hero's even tho they survived.

These problems however only occured to me at stage 3 and in the early stages i was not effected by any of these problems.

Hi, the game just bugged on my phone - I tried to buy 5 elite soul gems in the store (the price was 113 diamonds, had 850+ on my account), but the internet connection went down for a while and the game wasn't responding. So I tapped the item in the store once again and then noticed low internet connection (the game was still kinda unresponsive - it seemed like the shop was loading, but after that there was neither no item added to my inventory nor any diamonds taken from my account). Then I exited the game to wait for a stronger signal, and when I logged to the game again I had 611 diamonds like if I bought the item 2 times (but there should be only one in the shop) and now the game keeps granting me elite soul gems everyrime I try to claim the afk reward from the main chest or switch tabs in the shop. Before trying to purchase those soul gems I had 25 of them in my inventory, now I have like 80. I'm not spending them, of course, but have no idea what to do next. Plz halp & sorry for my bad english, hope you'll understand :')

Currently one of the peaks of time is bugged: theoretically you shouldnt be able to obtain that chest here without beating the specific camp with 5 wilder heroes. But you can obtain the relict if you follow this path (Important, you MUST kill the enemies in this order)

Also rate my editing skills. I know they are amazing, I've spend 2 minutes of my lifetime on it! 😃

@ocean prism Also, Brutus's normal attack hits more than 1 enemy. It is not stated in any of his skills that his normal attacks can attack more than 1 enemy. Either add them in a skill, else it's some kind of a bug.

I found another bug which seems to only happen since the last patch. I get the notification that someone send me a message, but when I open up the game (it was always minimized and not fully closed) then no new chat appears. I did wrote to some of those people who messaged me (according to what I've saw on the notification) and they confirmed that they wrote me a direct message. I never received any of those tho only via notifications.

He won't die. I'm at like 140k power, he's at 40k, my heroes are going crazy on him, but he's blocking (dodging?) everything (has some sort of bubble around him) and I can't kill him. He loses no health.

If Fawkes seal him in coffin or If Tasi banish him while he has his shield on, when he return to the battle field sometime he still has his shield on. But sometimes his shield is off. Seems this is random. Or maybe not. Anyway just want to let you know.

Multiple AFK chest bugs that can stop you from gaining any AFK rewards.

Steps to reproduce bug 1:
When you collect AFK rewards from the chest then open it back up again so that is says 'There's nothing here!', then you close the game whilst still keeping it in the background in multitasking. If you open the game back up no matter how long you waited, the timer will pick back up from where it last stopped when you left the game. You could leave the game for hours and come back only for it to say that only a few seconds elapsed.

This joins onto the other bug that would still cause reward loss even if the timer is fixed. When you open the rewards chest and it states that 'There's nothing here', you will gain no rewards no matter how long you wait. Even if a few minutes have passed no rewards will show up in the chest. If you close the chest and reopen they don't appear either. All that time you had the chest open means time that you lost on no rewards.

I myself have opened the chest accidentally before closing the game without realising only to then come back 10 hours later do absolutely no AFK rewards. I'm sure this has happened to other people too.

I've discovered a bug affecting Belinda's Ultimate Skill. If Belinda activates her ultimate and the lightning strikes, but the damage has yet to appear, and Shemira uses her ultimate in that split second BEFORE damage numbers apply, Belinda's ultimate will not deal any damage. Bug with kaz hit with evasion. When nemora is casting area of effect healing kaz is not affected when she is doing this skill at the moment. Everyone gets healing except kaz.

Ankhira ultimate skill is negated by shields (like Silvina's) instead of of applying effect and draining hp from that shield. Ability suppossed to be negated then she should use it on target not protected by shield.

Notable times are when: i begin a battle (stage, story, arena, etc) during hero selection, stage selection, opening the guild, starting a guild boss, in the middle of battles, during the labyrinth stages, etc. It happens super often and particularly happens right before it looks like i’m about to win. This has also happened where when repeating a stage, the exact same damage numbers keep happening.

This bug made guild wars really difficult since I had to keep redoing my teams over and over. Same as @timid shard basically.

My arcane labyrinth boss (2nd level) is bugged, it shows as level one but it is DESTROYING my team. Ive wasted all my duras tears trying to clear this guy. Cant get past him and ill be wasting my resources and not get the rewards for clearing the arcane labyrinth. :c

@neat hamlet There's an Auto Select button at the bottom next to confirm and it uses tokens first. You can keep pressing it to add more levels too.

The new description for the wishlist doesn't mention needing 10x summons for it to work. If the rules haven't changed then this is a very misleading bug.

@neat hamlet I don't think so but your best bet is probably to use support chat in game. You can find it in your Player Details, then Support, then click the chat bubble in the upper right corner. They might be able to check what rewards you got and compensate you.

Nope. Doesn't seem to matter what you do once the bug happens. Switching out his gear, upgrading some gear to be even better then what he was wearing, removing it and then upgrading it then reequiping it. Nothing.

Lucius keeps getting interrupted by Saveas's attacks, can't even use heal or slam ability cause his animation gets interrupted.. But i guess this happens with more characters, such as Khasos's ultimate when Tesa pops her own ultimate.

Ever since the Chat rework, the game freezes every time I try to change chat channels, and also when I access Chat and then switch back to any game view via the bottom menu (Heroes, Campaign, Dark Forest, Ranhorn)

2⭐ Rare gear seems bugged. It only gives 100 upgrade points (same as 1⭐ Rare) despite costing 180.  Meanwhile 1⭐ and 3⭐ Rare gear are worth upgrade points matching their most recent upgrade cost (40+60 and 100+180 respectively), although 3⭐ should be worth 400 then
