I can’t remember if the “Complete Chapter 8” Campaign quest reward was an Elite Silvina or a Rare Silvina. If it was the former, I did not receive one upon completion.

I have also been experiencing an audio glitch for the past few days when the heroes say their voicelines. The glitch is an audio break at the very end of a line that sounds like static.

Hi! Reported this to support but I might as well post in here too. I've currently got this glitch in laybrith where I have this invisable hero which im unable to remove no matter what I do.
It will only let me use four members of my party, claiming it to be "full" and if I try to start the fight it says I have a "duplicate hero" I've resetted it repeatedly and checked and unchecked all my heros.

I’m pretty sure that’s just because the replay isn’t a recording of the win, merely another simulation of the battle. It’s possible they won through some miracle of RNG, Vedan is pretty ridiculous after all. I’m pretty sure it’s not a bug

You sure? In a lot of games I’ve played they re-run the simulation so they don’t have to save footage on their servers. It eats a lot of storage to do so and most players don’t use the info so it’s not a big deal

@full ivy Basically its just visually they show what the enemy formation is. When you start the battle the health of the enemies get generated in. as you see, there is no health bar below nor energy bar. but after starting the battle you'll see only bel and the other get spawned

So its more a suggestion as a bug, I reckon.

Kaz - heal bug when active 3td skill

When skill is activated and Kaz cannot be chosed as a target, she cannot receive heal, but when enemy(on video Belinda deactivated sill) deactivates the 3rd skill Kaz, she receives heal again, its not normal and make 3rd skill bad when team have healer

About SHIELDS : There are two bugs that i noticed. 1) When hero casts or receives a shield - aside from Nemora's healing - and another hero casts an ult that freezes time (notably Saveas, Ogi...), the shield timer keeps ticking and so it often expires during the time freeze and doesnt prevent any damage. 2) When a hero receives a shield due to Nemora's overhealing, and then casts or receives a different shield (Dura's Grace, Warek's Extirpation, etc..), the first shield that came from Nemora disappears, and when the second shield's timer ends all shields are lost.

This is something I noticed but didn't really pay much attention with but I believe Belinda's Blessing at Lvl.1 still gives her buff to 2 friendly targets yet it should only be 1 target until lvl 2. I've since ascended past 141 so I would have to reset her skills to replicate it @ocean prism

I'm wondering if this may have been a glitch caused by surpassing 100 as opposed to reaching that exact goal. Please fix the armor suggesestions - it does not take into account faction bonus. Eg, I have two pieces or armor, one with one star and a faction bonus, the other with two stars on. The game recommends I put the one with two stars on. I follow the advice and see -32 to defense popping up.

I have an issue with the game, where it keeps showing loading animations for some brief periods of time every couple seconds. Doesn't register clicks or spent resources, it fixes itself with restarts, but is still annoying. Also, it crashes from time to time(iPhone 5S), but it may be due to phone specifics, so that's ok

@oak forge Dear Hero, for advancement event, you need to buy that $19.99 pack (1280 vip experience is contained) first and then you can collect rewards according to your process. There is time limit showing on event page to buy that pack and after you buy that pack, the rewards page would not disppear until you complete all quest.

I cannot access my main account anymore, even though it was linked to my facebook account. when I try to switch accounts and use facebook to login it just reloads my second account, which has nothing to do with my primary account/facebook. any help? I've spent decent money on that main account which is the only reason i'd like to be able to access it again. I'm still thoroughly enjoying the game and have no intentions to refund. I just want to play 😦

Not sure if it's a bug or intended, but at one point, a fight timing out in the Labyrinth, while counting as a loss, allowed you to fight again with the same team. I just had it happen and all my heroes died.

Having some trouble with the Labyrinth, it never reset today. I never got to play it before it just went straight back on cool down

Unless somehow I was able to do the labyrinth at exactly 12am and forgot about it (which I didn’t) then it’s not reset. Only reason I am bringing it up is cause I need 1 more run to grab an epic hero.

Grezhul's pets are not using their skills (ATK + DEB debuff, how sweet would that make Grezhul?)
Nemora's controlled enemy is not using his skills
Even when level requirements are met

I've reported this issue several times already.
I think fixing it would be key in FINALLY offering a decent alternative to Brutus OPness. This bug is severly weakening Grezhul

So I notice that after Thane casts hit ultimate, he is invincible from enemy's attacks.
However, he is also unable to receive buffs/heals from allies.
For example when Nemora casts her ult after Thane casts his ult, Thane does not receive heals.
Or if Lucius casts his ult after Thane casts his ult, Thane doesn't receive a shield.
This shouldn't be happening. Thane should be invincible from enemy's attacks but can still receive buffs and heals from allies.

So I have a question regarding an odd incident. Got the bonus purchase after 150 tower level. Didn't come through, bought it again still nothing. Restarted game and one instance did come through but got charged twice. So for the second charge got an automatic 24.99 usd coupon. Now my question is, since my prices are shown in EUR (this pack was 25.99) if I get the same priced 'event offer' again, will I be able to exchange it for the coupon or will the system convert 24.99 usd to EUR, then charge me the difference between that and the 25.99 EUR usual price on these?

All the heroes in the red circle are not upgradable, because i have duplicates in mythic+ and ascended. Devs need to fix that asap. I have all elite+ heroes available to star upgrades. @ocean prism

I would like to report a possible bug concerning life leach (LL) with Brutus and khasos

#

I did a test by attacking teams on my friend list

#

I set khasos and Brutus in union as legendary tier.
Then if I attack using Brutus alone/solo, there is no LL

#

And if I attack using Brutus and khasos only, Brutus get LL

#

But the amount of LL he gets is no where close to 36 ( 15 from union and 16 from khasos passive)

#

It's much lower.

#

Does brutus get (LL) from union with khasos and (LL) from khasos when they are on the same team? Or does it not stack?
